hello everyone! thank you so much for willing to give this book a shot! it is my first attempt at a Short Story, so i hope you will enjoy it!
before you read, perhaps there are some things for you to take note:

chapters will be relatively short (since it's a Short Story), and most of them may be in the form of dialogues!
✦ story plot ✦
i came up with the plot on my own, spontaneously. hence, any resemblance of characters or plots between Duet and other stories on Wattpad is purely coincidental. i made no reference to any book when i drafted out this story.
characters, businesses, and any mentioned street, are most likely fictional. after all, aren't books supposed to bring us into great worlds of fantasy?
