Sans p.o.v
The party had only just started and everyone was here. There were drinks splattered on the table, the piano to the side, awesome music with the help of Mettaton's cousin Napstablook, it was going great. I looked over to Papy and and saw that he was talking to Mettaton, his face completely orange and Mettaton doing that weird laugh he always did when he got his way in something. I shot him a death glare and he flinched before changing the subject and urging Papyrus towards the other side of the room. Also, apparently Carson hung up the mistletoe somewhere but refused to say so we might accidentally bump into it, which sorta made it a game for couples t try and find it *cough* Alphys and Undyne *cough*. All-in-all everyone was having fun and were enjoying themselves. Kinda like the good old days. Suddenly I heard a sigh from behind me and turned to see Frisk and Carson talking. I remembered what happened last time at the party before, along with what Carson said to me about Toriel. I decided it was time for pay-back, so I teleported to the kitchen entrance behind them to listen for a chance at an embarrassing moment to cause.
Frisk p.o.v
"Do I seriously have to?" Carson said, her face filled with disgust. "Don't worry C, i'll be there singing along, it's no big deal..." She shook unsteadily, her eyes still avoiding mine. So I added "Or are you a chicken?~" That got her a little annoyed as she got up and walked over to the piano, raising her hands and started to play, causing everyone to go silent and turn to her. I walked over slowly and she smirked as I began to sing along. Toriel smiled and I could see the shock on Carson's face. Then I remembered that I never sang near her so it made sense that she was surprised. We sung and played in perfect harmony, dipping and changing keys at just the right time as if we had practiced this a million times and memorized it all. Every once in a while, she would take her eyes off her hands and wink at me, or make silly faces that only I could see, but I still didn't budge. Since Carson and I were the only ones able to, we say Chara fly down and start dancing to the music, changing her type of dance over time between hip-hop, ballet, and the tango or something. I couldn't help laughing a little at the sight of this, though I was lucky and no one suspected a thing from my chuckles as the song proceeded. It felt good to be doing this again, the last time this kind of a moment arose between Chara, Carson, and myself was when we were in he business together and before I joined the Dreamurrs. It just gave off a calm sort of feeling doing this again. I also missed the sound of her piano playing for the years I had left, not even Sans's skills replaced the mystery and spine-chilling songs she used to play. When the song ended Carson''s face was a little flushed and I smiled, grabbing her hand and taking the moment t make her blush even harder. "You're still as good as I remember~" I whispered in her ear. She smiled and nodded, squeezing my hand a little tighter and pushing closer to me. "Still not doing it, you know i'm not one for flattery Frisk~" I glared at her and she kissed my hand fast enough so that no one saw and smiled as my face got hotter. "You're still cute as heck when you blush~" She said to me as I let go and walked away, embarrassed by my flustered expression as I headed to the bathroom. It was silly of me to think that flattery would help my cause, the only person she really cared for was herself. Therefore the way t force her into my grasp, is finding the right threat.
Carson p.o.v
I finished talking to everyone and went to the kitchen in hopes f sneaking one Toriel's cookies while no one was looking. I started humming a little and heard something behind me, causing me to shake at the sound of someone saying 'tsk tsk' at me. I saw Sans sitting at one of the chairs with a guitar in his hand, but he slid it under the table quietly and leaned back against the chair, tilting it slightly. I huffed before heading to the fridge for a drink. "Hey Carson, can I ask you something?" I nodded but continued to hum quietly as I poured the drink and listed it to my mouth. "Do you like Frisk?" I sat out the stuff all over the floor and looked up at Sans angrily. "No. I don't." I said as I bent down to pick up the glass shards that remained of the cup I had dropped. "K, just wondering. Also, why didn't you sing with Frisk?" I flinched, but didn't look up. "Are you always this nosy? Or is it just towards me?" He got up and helped me pick up the lats of the shards the sat down next to me. "You didn't answer my question." He said to me. "It's none of your business." I replied. "Fine then, answer this. Why do you always try to make Frisk blush?" I smiled. "Well, I've known her since a while before she found you all and I find it more fun to make her blush than with you or Papyrus." I said straightly. Sans leaned a little closer. "Is that so?" I nodded. "Yeah, Papyrus would dump everyone he dated except if it was Mettaton, and you would da anyone who made a half decent pun." Sans started laughing and nodded slowly. "true, you got me there. But seriously, why didn't you sing?" I tugged on my sleeve and he pulled my hand off, resting it on the table. I shrugged. "You're quite persistent for a lazy bone-head." I said quietly. "Well, I have my reasons." I sighed. "Fine, I didn't sing because when I do sing I should like a..." I trailed off and Sans frowned. "A what?" I huffed and replied. "A boy." He looked at me for a while as if he was waiting for me to say 'JK, I lied, I don't really sound like a boy when I sing'. But when I didn't he laughed a little. "How does that even work?" I rolled my eyes and pulled out my phone, playing a song and singing along. When I was sure he got the message, I turned off the song and blushed a little. I could see him smirking when my face turned a little red and smiled. "Well, it sounds pretty good for a guys voice." I smiled and he let out a sigh. "Could you sling a Christmas carol by any chance?" He said. "No." I replied, no expression in my voice. "Please?" He urged again. "No." I said again. He looked over his shoulder, then smirked again. "I'll let you steal one of Tori's cookies if you do.~" "Deal." I said quickly and pulled up a song.
As I sang I could feel Sans's gaze on me, which was unsettling, yet calming at the same time for some reason. Soon after he decided to join in (1:14) and I was surprised he even knew the lyrics at all. As the song progressed I couldn't help smiling. Sans had an amazing voice that I only realized now that I was hearing him sing alone. I was deep and soothing, which only made me realize how beautiful, and amazingly attractive he'd be in Toriel's eyes. Heck, he even pulled out the guitar from under the table and started playing! Since when did he know how to do that? I saw Sans's gin grow even larger as well during the ending of the song. When we finally finished I blushed a little and noticed he was also kinda blue. I walked over grabbed my cookie and decided i'd take the chance to make his face even more blue by whispering "You have a cute singing voice.~" Before walking out the doorway and into the living room with everyone else.
Chara p.o.v
I smiled at Frisk as Carson left the room. "This is totally my OTP.~" She looked at me confused. "You said that about Flowey X Carson and Me X Carson." I shrugged at her comment. "They're all my OTP's.~" I said proudly. Frisk rolled her eyes before heading off to find-and talk to-Napstablook. "Well," I told Frisk as I walked behind her. "This was a very successful day for us both, wasn't it?" She nodded, pulling out a phone with a capital C on the casing. "yes it was."
