This was just for fun because I got inspired, or DETERMINED by a group of pictures and videos I found online, so don't judge me. As for the questions on if it's a Papyrus x reader or a Sans x reader, that's going to be a surprise. So don't start thi...
It had been a few days since the Christmas incident with Sans and I convinced him to postpone the party for a while until we dealt with Mettaton. Luckily, Papyrus hasn't found out yet and is busy hanging out with Undyne and Alphys today, the only thing that scares me it when Sans said 'let's hope she doesn't throw you out the window again'. I was going to go with him and talk to Alphys now and deal with the tapes, but Papyrus comes first. Dang, the world is seriously against me. I pulled on my jacket and turned to Sans. "Ready?" He nodded. "Ready as i'll ever be darlin'" I laughed a little. "What?" He asked confused. I smiled. "It's just been a while since you've called me that." I grabbed his hand and pulled him out the door. "Come on! Lazybones!" He smirked. "-and you haven't lost your knack for insults.~" I stopped and turned to him. "Never have, never will." We both laughed as I dragged him down the streets and through alleyways. The MTT inc. building was pretty close and I was able to find a picture of the guy that threatened Papyrus thanks to his description. This actually seemed even easier than I thought. When we reached the building I felt Sans's hand get colder and I squeezed it tighter. He looked at me and I smiled. "It'll be fine, trust me." I said as I walked in with him. "Say, didn't you have a crush on Asgore's ex? Toriel wasn't it?" I smirked as he laughed awkwardly and scratched the back of his skull. "Yeah, uh, about that..." We reached the desk and I heard him let out a sigh as we did. The lady looked down at me. "Do you have an appointment?" I shook my head. "Then leave." The card in her dress said 'Helen', she already seemed annoying. I gritted my teeth and Sans held his arm in front of me. "I got this." He knocked on the top of the desk and the lady raised her head from her computer. "I told you to leave." He shrugged. "Well, I could just talk to Mettaton if you don't let us in. I am a close friend of his." She flinched and checked her computer. "I see...you can go in." We walked by and I stuck my tongue out at her before we went into the elevator and reached Mettaton's office. I knocked on the door and there was no answer. I looked ta Sans and he knocked harder. I took the chance and put my hand in front of him before he could flip out. "I got this." I said smirking. He huffed, but stood back as I kicked the door down and it landed with a loud 'thump'. "Seriously?" I shrugged as we walked over the door and into the large room, but no one was there. I walked over to the desk and sat down, putting my feet on top of the table in the process. "Wow, this is comfy. This guy's got style." Suddenly, the door beside me flew open, causing it to fly into the wall and me to fly off the chair. I rubbed my head and moaned as a tall robot stepped in followed by two henchman, he dramatically posed in the doorway and flipped his hair...wait...was there a smoke machine in there? Whatever. Point is, he made it way over dramatic. And it was AWESOME. "OOOH YEESS.~"

At least, I think that's what he yelled. My mind was still distracted by the special effect coming from the other room. I got up from the ground and he took a seat at his desk. He also seemed to have heard what I said about him before, because he answered my statement by saying. "Of course darling, only the best for someone of my standards.~" Does he seriously talk like that? I had the perfect come back for it until Sans elbowed me and Whispered in my ear. "Don't do your insults with this guy. One wrong step and you end up on his bad side, he has contracts with almost every mafia association in the city." I nodded and he pulled me closer. "-and no matter what you do... DON'T. INSULT. THE LEGS." I looked at him confused, wondering if it was a joke. But when I realized it wasn't, I nodded slowly, then turned to the robot. Here goes nothing. "I love your boots, if you don't mind me saying." He did another dramatic hair flip and turned just enough to have the sun behind him like a stage light, I can't lie, I was kinda impressed by that one. "Of course darling, only the best of fashion for someone like me, after all..." He turned in his chair so the light was also shining on his perfect legs. What? They were honestly the definition of perfection. He was rocking those pink heels. "-With legs like these who could afford such a hassle." I laughed along with him and looked at the body guards. The blue bunny seemed pretty confused and the orange cat guy seemed like he was having a bad time. Which I totally respect, being near this guy 24/7, even if he is the best thing I've seen all day, he must be a god to handle it. Or plain stupid and brainless. Which I assumed the other guy was (no offence nice-cream-guy). I reached into my pocket and pulled out the pictures. "Do you, by any chance, know you this is?" I passed him the pictures and he examined them for a few seconds before passing them back. "Yes I know him, he used to work for me." I put the pictures back in my pocket. "'Used to'?" He nodded. "Yes, he quit a few days ago and I haven't seen him since." I huffed and turned to Sans, shaking my head. "Why is he here?" I looked back at the robot and crossed my arms on top of the desk. "When was the last time you heard from Papyrus?" His face turned into a grim expression and he looked away. "Thursday, three weeks ago, he texted me saying he thought it was best if we broke up." I turned to Sans angrily. "You did tell me they were dating." He shrugged and turned back to him. "I'm so sorry." He smiled and looked away. "It's fine, I assume he had his reasons." I was about to continue when Sans interrupted by slamming his hands on the table angrily. "But that's impossible, he got a text from you two days before saying that you wanted to talk to him. Then he got ambushed and was told that you'd come after him and Sans if he went near you again." Mettaton's eyes widened as he said this and my postures stiffened. "When did that employee quit?"He fidgeted with his hands. "A week after Papyrus texted me." I clenched my fists. "Where is your phone?" I growled at him, he reached into his drawer and pulled it out. "The password?" "4237" I punched in the numbers and checked his messages. He was telling the truth, he did get a message from Papyrus saying they shouldn't be together any longer, but there was also a message sent saying that he wanted to talk. I showed it to him and he stood up. "I didn't write that." I dropped the phone on the table and dialed Papyrus. When he finally answered and sighed. "Papyrus? It's Y/n" He seemed to light up when I said my name. "HELLO Y/N! WHAT DO YOU NEED?" I dropped the phone on the table beside Mettaton's and put it on speaker. "Papyrus, did you send a text to Mettaton three weeks ago saying that you guys broke up?" I heard the phone drop and after a while, Papyrus's voice. "NO, I DON'T REMEMBER WRITING OR SAYING ANYTHING OF THE SORT." I nodded. "Did you see anything else the night you were ambushed?" "WELL," He started. "-THE MAN SEEMED SCARED AT THE TIME, OF COURSE I ASSUMED THAT WAS BECAUSE OF MY GREATNESS." I picked up the phone. "Anything else?" Everything was silent for a while until he finally answered. "ACTUALLY, NOW THAT I THINK ABOUT IT, I COULD HAVE SWORN I SAW SOMETHING CIRCLING THE MAN'S LEGS WHEN IT HAPPENED, BUT I ASSUMED IT WAS NOTHING AND MY EYES WERE PLAYING TRICKS ON ME. I ALSO THOUGHT THERE WERE WHITE PELLETS SURROUNDING HIS GUN, BUT ONCE AGAIN, IT WAS PROBABLY MY EYES PLAYING TRICKS ON ME." I nodded to Sans. "Thanks Papyrus, you were a huge help." I looked over to Mettaton, whose expression was still filled with sadness. I smirked. "Also, Mettaton wasn't responsible and he wants you to meet him at the MTT restaurant down the street from our house, wear something classy." Mettaton smiled and grabbed the phone. "See you then darling~" "M-M-METTATON!?" I laughed at grabbed the phone again. "Also, he thinks your very hot and wants to kiss you." I heard Papyrus screaming and ran to the elevator, taking it off speaker and raising it to my ear. "He also says that he likes your butt and thinks you're a 'Very sexy bag of bones darling~'" I laughed as Papyrus continued to scream. "Oh yeah, he also wants to invite Undyne and Alphys to make it a double date." I heard Mettaton yelling from upstairs and grabbed Sans's hand, running out of the building and down the street. "He says, 'I'll have a special surprise when we get there~'" I decided I had caused him to blush enough for today and hung up as we reached the house. Sans glared at me for a second, then started laughing with me as we got inside. "Well," I said in between laughs. "This was quite the successful day."
I hope you guys liked this chapter of "The Mafia's Sniper'. I was wondering if I made it obvious enough who caused the ambush three weeks ago and threatened Papyrus, so please comment who you think it is! Thanks, and bye guys!
