Well, I was with a friend and they told me a personal story of theirs that i'm not going to say because of privacy. But they mentioned some stuff and I couldn't help crying. Luckily, they were someone who I trusted with seeing me cry.

I am afraid of falling and i'm claustrophobic. So I get super scared when i'm on some ledge and I start falling or if i'm in some super cramped space, in which case i'd start breathing heavily.
