Part 24

  * Swearing ahead. I repeat swearing ahead.*

"I'm not dead Desi. I'm alive and well." Says...

  "It can't be. I saw you get stabbed Josh."

  "I did get stabbed, but I woke up a few days later I a weird house and had to be bedridden for a while. Once I was better I tried looking for you. I really did." he says. I stood in shock. Is this really  him? Could he really have survived getting stabbed? But I... I'm pregnant... with Killian's child. What am I gonna do?

  "You alright Love?" asks Killian.

  "Love? Why are you calling my wife Love?" asks Josh.

  "Wife? Her husband died years ago." says Killian. I don't know what to feel. I love both of them, but... I can't choose.

  "Come on Desi we can go back home and start that family we wanted." says Josh. Killian walks forward. My heart is torn in two. I was in love with Josh first, but I've fallen in love with Killian.

  "She's not going anywhere with you. Stays stayin' with me." says Killian pulling out his sword. I gasp and run and stand between the two of them. Then I realized that this is just like my dream. Having to choose between to two loves of my life. I look between the two of them then drop my head to look at the ground. I feel the tears coming on, but I try to hold them in.

  "Desi you know all I want is for you to be happy." says Josh.

  "It's your choice I won't stop you or tell you otherwise. Just like when we first met." says Killian.

  "I... I can't choose." I say while the tears escaped and rolled down my face.

  "You have to Love. You can't be with both of us. It wouldn't work out." says Killian. I start crying harder now. My heart can't take this. I fall to my knees and sob.

  "Desi... I might be a pirate, that kind of life can put you in danger, but in all my years I have never loved someone as much as I have loved you. I want you to be safe and happy." says Killian.

  "Don't listen to him. He only wants you for your body. That's how pirates are." says Josh. Wait a minute. That doesn't sound like my Josh. My Josh would say something like I don't want you to be hung up over me for the rest of your life, be with the man you're heart tells you to be with.

  I stopped crying and looked up at Josh, I hadn't noticed that his blue eyes are paler then they used to be. Unless... that's not my Josh. Josh really is dead. I look back at the ground and stand up. I walk over to "Josh" and look up at him anger fueling a burning fire in my heart. I punch the fake Josh in face, knocking him to the ground.

  "That's for playing with my heart you inconsiderate animal!" I yell. I walk back over to Killian and hug him. He pets my head and holds me close.

  "It's okay Love. I've gotch'ya." he says. Josh let's out a low growl and stands up, his back facing us.

  "You will be mine. One way. Or another." says Josh. Josh's black hair turns brown. The man turns around.

  "Laurence!?" I ask/yell. "But why?" I ask.

  "Haven't you figured it out yet?" he asks.

  "Figured what out?" asks Killian.

  "It was me. I promised Cain that he and his men would never be brought in and sent to trial for piracy if he killed Joshua and hand you over to me, but he kept you to himself. I wanted to be with you at first because I loved you, but I don't give a damn about that now. All I want is to be King." says Laurence.

  "So you don't really care about me? All this... was because you wanted power? And how the hell did you look like Josh?" I ask.

  "I had a witch give me a potion that made me look like whom ever I wanted. But that was only part of the plan. Weston wanted in on it. He wanted to be king for a while so we made a deal. I allow him to be King while I tried to get you. And when I finally got you I'm marry you and become King in the end." he says.

  "You fucking asshole! I trusted you!" I yell at him.

  "As much as I would love to continue watching this play out I has some very important business to attend to." says Weston. Trevor pulls out his sword and points at Weston.

  "You're not going anywhere... Brother." says Trevor. Weston smirks and pulls out a sword. Trevor swings at Weston, Weston dodges barely. The tip of Trevor's sword nicks Weston's cheek. He gives Trevor an evil look. Weston goes to hit Trevor, but Trevor blocks his attack. Trevor pushes Weston back and swings and hits Weston's arm.

Weston swings at Trevor, but he dodges. Trevor swings again and Weston blocks the hit. I can't believe how good Trevor is with a sword. It goes back and for like this for a while, Weston missing all of his hits and Trevor landing hits here and there. That is until Trevor kicks Weston to the ground and points it at Weston.

"Stop this madness Weston. I'm giving you one last chance." says Trevor.

"Never." says Weston. Trevor sighs.

"I'm sorry about this Weston." says Trevor plunges his sword into Weston's chest. We all watched as Trevor killed Weston. I'm surprised the guards haven't done anything by now. I walk over to Trevor and place my hand on his back.

"This all your fault!" yells Laurence. I turn and look at him. He has his gun and is pointing at Killian. "I'll kill you for this!"

"Laurence! No!" I yell. Everything is in slow motion. Trevor run out in front of Killian.

Bang!

A/n: Hey guys! So how was it? It's a bit longer than the last one.
