Who would have guessed that Draven's room and mine would be separated by only a door. Well this seems a little weird. What normal school puts girls and guys that close together? We both walk in our rooms and shut the door. All of my things had already been unpacked and put away. My room smelled like lavender, even though my room was filled with Gothic furniture. Not really my taste, but I had to admit it was pretty.

I grabbed the paper off my bed and began to scan it over. Hmm, well looks like Draven and I will be spending every morning together. I have to admit that's not really a bad thing. I chuckled out loud.

"Whatcha laughing about beautiful?"
I almost jumped out of my skin instantly.

"You scared the hell out of me!" I sorta stuttered. Oh I'm sure that made me sound attractive.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you. I was only listening to your mind." He winked at me. " So, you think I'm hot huh?" He smiled as my face turned beet red. "You wanted to know why we are connected together, our rooms i mean. Well it's because we are the last generation." He walked closer to me as he finished his sentence. "It's up to the last generation to make the next one." He touched my face with his soft hands.

Yep I seriously just melted. I couldn't even find the words to say at this point. Was I supposed to kiss him? I mean we just met I don't think thats how relationships work. By the time I realized, he had already pulled me closer to him.

"I'm lucky to have a beautiful vampling right next door." He kissed me on the cheek, told me goodnight and went back to his room.

For a moment I just stood there. What the hell seriously just happened? Did he really just kiss me? Was that really why we are next door to each other?
I hadn't of even realized that someone had walked in.

"Umm, well that looked a little awkward

"Umm, well that looked a little awkward." She laughed. "Sorry, wasn't trying to ease drop. I'm across the hall and thought I'd introduce myself. I'm Cassielle, and I'm supposed to be an angel." She hugged me as if she had known me forever. I think I had made my first friend here. She looked so innocent and cute. Its easy to believe that she was supposed to be an angel.
