I aimlessly walked down the halls until I stumbled upon Onyx. I have so many questions to ask her about all of this. Was draven right about why our rooms are so close to each other?

"Goddess Onyx!" I yelled to get her attention.

"Yes kyran? Is everything okay you look a bit puzzled about something?"  She touched my shoulder. "You know you can ask me anything, right? I'm here to help make everything easier on you." She sounded a little like mother right then. It reminded me how much I miss her.

"I do have some questions Onyx. Are our rooms so close because your hoping we create the next generation after us?" I asked even though I was really embarrassed to do so.

"My child we are hoping to have another generation after yours but we did not put you together for that purpose. We had done it that way so you could learn about your kind together. You do not have to emprint on your kind only. You may fall for one of the angels and create vamp-angel. It's all up to each of you now. I am here to teach everything I know." Onyx touched my face and handed me a couple books. "Please give one to Draven. It's your emprint and vampling books." I nodded and headed back towards my room.

Passing by all the doors I noticed an open one. Sitting on the bed was muscular tan guy and he had short brown spiky hair. He didn't look to happy to be here to say the least. I wonder what his "kind" is supposed to be. Just then he stood up, and he realized I was staring. He walked towards me at this point.

"You know if you took a picture it'd last longer right?" He said staring me up and down.

"Umm, I'm really sorry. I just noticed I hadn't seen you before I wasn't meaning to stare. I'm kyran one of the new vampling down the hall." I tried really hard not to stutter.

"I'm Darrian one of the werewolves that just arrived today and Danica is on the other side." He told me pointing towards the other door. "My goddess will be back soon and I need to get all my things unpacked nice meeting you though." He walked back to his room and shut the door.

I finally made it back to where my room is but I knocked on Draven's door first. He opened the door and before he could say anything I shoved the books at him. While he stood there confused I went into my room and shut the door. Time to read about my new self and what in the world imprint was. Goddess Onyx made it sound so important during our conversation.
