Round 2 Crew Vibes

Chapter 18: Choo choo!

(Thursday 12th March 2015)

For the next half an hour, the girls and I juist laid on Zoe's bed and we posted pics on twitter and I also took the chance to post a picture on Insta since I hadn't posted any since we had landed here. 

I chose the picture I took of all the Ihop goodness scattered on the motel floor and all of us sitting in a circle, legs crossed surrounding the food like it was sacred. (It was)

I messaged mum quickly telling her that Zoe and I were making our way to TeenHoot and that Pape's mama was bringing us. She replies shortly after saying: Okay daling, stay safe. Love you

I got up from the bed when Kevin and Dylan came out of the bathroom and finished packing my bag up. I took my phone charger out and we all headed out soon after Pape had his shower. 

He came out still fluffing up his hair and I noticed he wore a matching maroon crewneck with a leather pocket on the side. Awwwww

I smiled up at him and winked back at me. He came and took up my bag and walked out. 

We were soon off when Chase drove in the parking lot out front. 

"Where we off to?" Lydia said still rubbing her eyes. 

"Anywhere but here" Chase laughed slipping on his shades. It was quite sunny out and I could already feel the burn of the sun on my face. I quickly took out sun lotion from Papes backpack, we both were sensitive to the suns killer rays. 

I dabbed some on my cheeks, forehead and chin.

We drove till noon and I had fallen asleep along with Pape, Dyl and Kev at the back. Lydia and Zoe were up and alive, singing along to the radio with Chase at the front. Bless them. 

Pape woke me up by poking me endlessly by my cheeks and I squinted, opening my eyes protected by my shades and poked him back in the stomach. 

"We found this scary abandoned railroad thing" Zoe said looking back at us in the rearview mirror. 

"Ooooh, sounds fun" I said sitting up and linking my fingers through Papes. 

We parked a couple of yards from the railroad track and Chase turned off the engine. We sat for about 10 mintues, still trying to digest the feast we had earlier. Pape opened the door on his side and I could feel the heat already. It was so beautiful.

I pushed him and we both jumped out and walked around the area for a bit. 

"It's so nice here" was all I could articulate as Pape held onto my hand and lead me through the foresty area, we just followed the train tracks. We took a few photoshoot style pics with us on the tracks and I insta'd a pic Pape took of me sitting on the tracks like a boss. I tweeted people back and clicked my phone shut. 

Pape left his phone in the car so he used mine to tweet his fans. We just sat back to back on the dark grey tracks. I looked up. The trees covered most of the sky but it was clear that the sky was blue, cloudless. It felt like a real cliche disney moment because birds started chirping and and the wind just moved in rhythm to each other. 

"It really is nice" Pape replied leaning his head back onto mine. I close my eyes for a few mintues. 

Zoe texted me saying Lydia just threw up, she got really bad car sickness and so Pape and I got up and headed back to the car. 

Kevin was rubbing Lydia's back while Zoe held her hair back.

I walked over to the car to get an ice cold bottle of water Chase had bought from the gas station. I handed it over to Kevin to give to Lydia.
