Chapter 6- Would you ever?

**HAYES' POV**

I woke up from my nightmare screaming. I sat up and put my face in my hands.

"What the hell are you screaming about?!" Brent yelled turning the light on.

I was sweating so bad.

"Are you okay?" I heard a voice below me ask.

"Oh my god. You're alive." I sighed giving Alyssa a hug. She hugged me back almost immediately.

"What is going on?" Brent asked while sitting on the edge of the bed worriedly.

Alyssa sat up next to me.

"I had the worst dream ever." I said. "No, it was a nightmare." I looked over at Alyssa.

They both looked back at me to keep going.

"Well, I asked Alyssa if she wanted to go to the carnival with me. She said yes so we got in the car and went to the town square. We got into the carnival and went to the cliff where you could see the sunset. Remember that place?" I asked Brent.

"Yeah." He smiled. "Remember when I took you there, Lys?" He asked her.

"I do." She said simply.

"Okay, continue." Brent spoke.

"Alright. So we went to see the sunset and I put a blanket down and told her that I was going to get drinks. But when I got back, Alyssa and Nash were kissing. Kissing." I felt like I was going to cry. Alyssa rubbed my back with her hand. I gave her a weak smile and started talking again.

"I ran over to him and I was like 'what are you doing!?' And he picked her up and kissed her some more. And then.." I felt a tear slip. "He threw her off the cliff." They both gasped and gave me sympathetic looks. "Then I jumped too so I could save you." I said while turning to look at Alyssa. She gasped again and hugged me.

"That's why I am sitting here right now telling you why I screamed." I stated.

"Awe. You would really try to save me life that?" She blushed.

"Why wouldn't I?" I kissed her forehead.

"Alright kids. It's about 6:30. You can sleep until 8:00. Go back to bed." Brent said turning the lamp off again to leave us in darkness.

"Goodnight." I whispered to Alyssa while I closed my eyes.

"Wait." She whispered back while pecking my nose.

"Yes?" I smiled.

"I would never leave you. Especially for Nash." She giggled.

I kissed her on the lips whispering and I love you.

"I love you too." She replied, letting go of our kiss.

She rolled over and let me put my arms back around her waist. I drifted off into a deep sleep once again.

**BRENT'S POV**

"Wake up, you little love birds!" I yelled jumping on Alyssa's bed which also had Hayes sleeping in it.

They both groaned.

"Guys, we are in Disney remember!? I even let you sleep an extra half hour." I screamed.

Hayes sat up and started to get out of bed. Once he was out I lied down next to my best friend.

"Please wake up." I whispered. She started to smile so I know she heard me.
