Chapter 8- First Date

**ALYSSA'S POV**

After I was done jumping on the bed and thanking Hayes, it was about 11:30. We were just laying in bed and watching some Movies.

"I think I want to go swimming." I looked over at him, seeing if he would respond. It turned out, he had fell asleep. I quietly giggled to myself and got out of his grip. I walked into Nash's room and saw Brent in the kitchen.

"Can I go swimming?" I asked him.

"I guess." He started, biting his lip. "By yourself?" He asked.

"Yeah? What's wrong with that?" I rolled my eyes.

"Nothing. Just, be careful please?" He said.

"I will." I gave him a reassuring hug and he kissed my forehead.

I walked out of the room and back into mine. I rummaged through my swimsuit drawer until I found my bright purple one with a colored flowers on it. I walked into the bathroom and slipped it on.

I walked into the elevator and went to the bottom floor. When I got to the pool room I noticed that there was only one other person in there. It was a girl with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She looked around my age.

I took off my tank top and shorts and hopped in. The girl waved at me and I swam over to her.

"I'm Kayla." She smiled.

"Alyssa." I replied. "How old are you?"

"I'm 13." She said

"Oh my gosh me too!!" I squealed.

"So what brings you to Disney?" She asked.

"Okay, don't scream until I'm done." I warned. She nodded her head. "I am best friends with the Brent Rivera. He invited me to go on this trip for two months with the other famous viners." She looked stunned, her eyes popping out of her head. "But here's the best part." I paused. "Hayes Grier is my boyfriend." Her jaw practically fell to the floor. I giggled a little but before waving a hand infront of her face.

"Oh my god..I don't want to be rude..b-but. Can I meet them?" She was still in shock.

"I could probably get you to meet Brent, Hayes, and Nash." I smirked.

"Can we go now!?" She screamed.

I started swimming to the edge if the pool and she followed.

When she was all done talking to them and we all hung out and played video games, it was already 5:00. I started to get ready for my date. Kayla stayed with me in the room and helped me.

First we picked out my out outfit. We looked through my drawers and bags until we found the perfect one. It was a sparkly White pair of short-shorts, a Purple Flowey tank top that you can see through, and a flower bandeau.
I ran to the bathroom and changed.

Next we did hair. She put my hair half up, half down and curled my normally straight hair. When she was all done she let me see it.

"It's beautiful." I said looking at her.

She smiled and added a bow in the back to match my flower bandeau.

We then did light make up and added earrings, a charm bracelet, and a heart shaped necklace.

I walked out of the bathroom with Kayla right behind me. I turned around and gave her a hug and we exchanged numbers. She said good luck and then went back to her room. Guess I just made a new friend. I smiled.

I heard on knock on the door that connected Hayes and I's rooms.

"Come in." I smiled, knowing exactly who it was.

He poked his head in and then walked completely in the room.

"Hey." He smiled the biggest he had since he asked me out.

I got up off of my bed and walked over to him, giving him a big hug. He pulled away.

"Ready?" He smiled. I grabbed his hand and we walked out the door, with Alx right behind to drive us.

When we got to the movie theatre, Alx made sure that we bought everything okay and escorted us in.
When he knew that everything was okay, he left. Hayes and I took a seat at the very top of the theatre.

We only had to wait about 15 minutes before the lights got dim and the movie started.

**HAYES POV**

When the movie started, we sat in silence. About a quarter of the way through, Alyssa had started to cry. I put my arm around her shoulder and pulled her as close as the seats would let me. She looked over and smiled. She was crying about Avalanna. The little girl with a brain tumor that Justin loved.

Even though I really didn't like Justin Bieber, I got to give it to him, that movie was outstanding.

I thought as we walked out of the room.

"Did you like it?" She asked, smiling up at me.

"Loved it." I simply said, grabbing her hand and leading her towards the door.

We walked out into the warm summer air. The sun was shining bright still at 8:45. I loved it here in Florida, I wish I could stay forever. All of the memories and stuff, I will never forget. I mean, I've got my first girlfriend standing next to me holding my hand, and the resort down the road is right where she said yeah. I know I'm only 13, and people say that love isn't real when you're young, but, I believe it is.

After Alx picked us up and took us home, we decided that everyone was going to go swimming. We all put our swim clothes on and ran down to the pool. It was empty, perfect for all eight of us to be crazy.

Everybody got into the pool except for Alyssa.

"Lys, are you coming?" I asked.

"Yeah! Can I go get Kayla?" She smiled.

"Sure. Be careful." I pointed a warning finger at her and she walked out the room.

**ALYSSA'S POV**

I got into the elevator to go get Kayla. I pressed floor 12 because that's where her room was. The elevator suddenly stopped at floor 8 and a kid that looked about 16 walked in. He immediately smiled at me and started checking me out. I rolled my eyes. When we got to floor 12 the elevator dinged, signaling that we were there. I started to walk out and a hand grabbed mine and walked out with me. I looked over to see the teenager.

"Ew. Get off of me. I have a boyfriend you creep!" I yelled as I shook his hand off of mine.

I started running towards Kayla's room and when I got right infront of the door, two hand pushed me up against the wall. The boy grabbed my wrists and slammed them up next to my head, pinning me. Kayla must have heard because she came running out of her room.

"Let her go!" She yelled, kicking his legs.

"No." He stated looking at me with a smirk.

I then heard the beep of the elevator and then this weird boy started kissing me. Before I could push his off, I saw Hayes standing there. Hurt in his eyes. He actually looked like he was going to cry.

"Alyssa...?" His voice shook.

"Oh my god." Kayla whispered.

I kicked the boy off of me and started running to Hayes. He backed away, the closer I got.

"No." He said, a tear slipping. He was backing away from me as if I would hurt him.

"Hayes I can explain."
And with that, he walked away.
