The Crush

"And what was that reason?" I asked. "Well, I wanted to know why you ran off like that. What happened?" He asked. "I just haven't, I haven't had my first kiss yet." He looked at me like he had just seen a ghost. "YOU, havent had your first kiss yet?" He asked emphasizing the "you". "Yes! I dont want to waste my first kiss on someone who doesnt want to love me. Just wants to love me so they can have a girlfriend." He just got up and held out his hand. " What?" I asked, "We're going back outside. I'll say it wasn't a fair dare and I don't want to kiss you.. So you won't be disqualified and we won't win." He cleared up. "Thank you Cameron!" I squealed. He leaned in towards me and whispered in my ear, "Plus, I haven't had my first kiss yet either." Then he turned around towards the door and pulled me outside. All I could do was smile. But as soon as we got outside I stopped smiling so they didn't think 'something' happened in there.

"Call off that dare. I don't want to kiss her so if either of us doesn't want to kiss it's a call off." I heard Cameron say. I just sat down next to Jo and she whispered, "What happened?" "Nothing. We just talked. That's all." She looked at me with a "uh huh" look and turned to face the boys. " I'm hungry!" Mikey whinned. "You're always hungry!" Jo mimicked his whine. " When are you going to jump?" She started to ask him. "He will jump later." I helped him out for this last time. I saw Spencer get up and walk over to the trees. "What are you doing?" I asked. "I'm bored. so. Im going to take a walk. Do you wanna come?" "Sure! Anyone else wanna come?" They all shook their heads. "That sucks for them then because it's almost sundown. They probably don't want to be out in the woods all alone at night." I heard Jo say. I just shook my head and followed Spence out into the woods. "So Mia, let us talk, shall we?" "Uh sure?" I laughed he was trying to act serious but I could see the smile peeking out from the corner of his lips. "I'll get us on a topic. How about.. Cameron!" He suggested wayy to quickly. "What about him?" I asked

(A/N: Try to keep up with dialog it goes back and forth evenly and it ALWAYS will.)

"You and him seem to be.. well 'hitting it off' I should say." He laughed.

"Uh, well we're just friends.I mean that's what i'm thinking I don't.." I trailed off and stopped walking. 

"What?"

"Do you think he likes me?" I asked kind of awkwardly.

"Oh. Totally! Its the most obvious thing in the world!" 

All I could do was smile and I tried not to but it just came and I couldn't stop it so I quickly looked down.

He started to laugh at me and I just slapped him. 

It was getting really dark as we walked deeper into the woods and even though I knew these woods like the back of my hand, it was still hard to see without a flashlight.

 "Umm, Spence?"

"Yeah?"

"I think we should start heading back now."

He turned around and started walking back to the campsite.

We got back to the camp and found out everyone ate already. Mikey, Jo and Pey were already sleeping but Cam was sitting outside by the fireplace. "Oh! Good! You're back I was starting to get worried!" He said standing up and facing me. 

"You were getting worried about Mia, or both of us?" Spencer tested Cameron with a smirk on his face.

Cameron just gave him that 'really?' look."BOTH of you!" He said like it was so obvious.

I laughed and started to walk back to the girl's cabin until someone grabbed my arm and pulled me away. I couldn't see who it was but they were being very gentle besides the fact they were pulling me deep into the woods. 

They finally let go and I turn around to see Cameron..

"I really am sorry but I just want to talk to you and it's almost impossible to talk to you with this crew!"

"Oh! Alright! We can talk! I've been meaning to ask you something anyways." He looks so cute in the moonlight. NOOO!!!! He doesnt!! It's late and I'm just tired. "What did you what to talk about?"

"Oh you know, just anything. We never talk!"

"So, let me get this straight, you kidnapped me to have a conversation?"

He nodded.
