Hello there, I'm Kei. If you're curious or got bored in your day and found my story then let me just give you a bit of a reminder:
*This story is made from my head, the ideas are mine, plot, characters, and those kind of other things.
*The first few chapters might suck, but I promise you, if you just be patient with it and give it a try, you might find it okay.
*It might have some plot holes, errors, grammar, spelling and those kind of mistakes. If I said a lot of errors, I mean yeah, a LOT. I promise, I WILL edit this whole book in the future if I finish it and I have time to do so.
*I write my stories on the point. I don't write drafts then check them later if it's okay to post it. No, I'm not like that. 'Cause, yeah. I'm lazy. Really. If I feel like it, I'll do it. I don't have a fix set of events only have a raw plot for the story. I usually get ideas through real life experiences. So sometimes, thing in this book and to the characters, they already happened to me.
Thanks for stumbling with this thing of mine and I hope you like it.

I'm me.
A simple girl living her simple life. But that doesn't stop all of this burdens that life could bring us. A great agony my father had left us; this responsibility isn't that easy for my mom. Not to mention that she's an only parent for all of us siblings. She works hard and that's a fact, but the money she earns everyday are just enough to give us a livable life.
I on the other hand, is also one of the beholder of this responsibilities; and so does my older brother. I worked at night while I go to school at the day, it's tiring but I don't have a choice. I can't just let my mom kill herself from all the work she'd been doing just for us.
It's four in the morning, sitting at the grass at our mini garden while sipping some tea. It's so early, I'm out here watching the starry sky above. I'm so filled with overflowing joy just by looking at it. I'm not happy. That's a fact; happiness is one of the common emotions we feel everyday, this is the cause of our smiles and laughter. But joy is something more than happiness, it's something you can't see or feel from the outside, but in the inside. It's the feeling of overflowing gladness in our hearts, that no happiness can provide.
I closed my eyes from starring at the magnificent designs at night and rest for awhile. Before I knew it, it was finally morning.
"Rachael, you slept here?" My mom's wonderful voice woke me up first thing in the morning. Her beautiful face shelters me from the strong rays of the sun.
"I was star gazing. Then I fell asleep, I guess." I yawned while rubbing my eyes. She kneeled to level my sitting stature. She pat my head, "Alright, today's Sunday anyway. Take some rest inside." She smiled.
Today's Sunday huh? Then tomorrow's the day.
I went inside, but instead of sleeping some more, I changed my clothes and went for a jog. Well, I don't have any part time jobs today anyways. I took a few turns and managed to reach my destination. I sat at a bench beside a fountain. It's so peaceful. I took my MP3 player out of my pocket and stuck an ear piece in my ear.
"Ouch!" I screeched. A ball hit me in the head. And that freakin hurt. "Sorry. Are you alright?" A boy stood in front of me, giving me a sweet worried smile.
"It's alright, but please be careful next time, someone might fall their heads out." I giggled. He did not replied but instead, he just gave me a sincere smile and gestured to make a hand shake.
