Chapter 2 Going to school together

  I growled as I heard the noise of that annoying alarm clock. I scratched my eyes as I sat at the edge of my bed, eying that stupid clock for waking me at at this gonna-be-horrible-day. I went inside my bathroom and took a quick shower.

Got dressed in my uniform, which consists of a white blouse with a red tie and a black coat that has the schools logo sign at my right chest, a black skirt that goes down  above my knees, and long white sock. School with their dress codes... I let down my hair and dried it, brushed it and let it down again. My long silky black hair that slides down through half of my back glows as the sun's rays hits it.

I grabbed my minted green backpack and headed downstairs to the kitchen, where I can already smell those smoking juicy bacon.

"Morning sis." My brother greeted me.

"Smorning"(Morning) I said as I stuffed my mouth with toast.

"Rachael, please do not speak when your mouth is full." Mom said as she laid a plate of bacon in the table.

I chewed down the bread and swallowed it, "Sorry."

We all ate in silence. "Well, off I go." I said and stood up from my chair. "Wait. I'll go with you." Gave stood up and took his own bag. "Huh? You? Walk with me? To school?" I asked confused. We don't walk together out in the streets as people might see us. Especially to school. For the reason...we just feel so. Besides even though we're siblings, if you combine us together you'll get DISASTERS.

"What? I'm also done eating so we should just walk together. Besides, don't you want your sweet brother accompanying you?" He stated, with a stupid smirk on his face.

" He's right Rachael. You two should start acting like siblings and not mortal enemies." Mom added sarcastically.

Gave just smiled innocently resulting for making me annoyed, "Whatever." And I walked out of the house.

Gave followed me shortly and together we walk to school. "Walking with you to school is kinda nice, I don't know why we don't do this everyday." Gave said with a smile and took my hand. "Hey! The hand! People might think we're going out." I blurted. This guy, he's the popular one, the good-looking, Prince Charming and I, being beside him just doesn't suit up.

"How can you say that? We're siblings, nothing's wrong with that, right?" His voice is so soothing, too perfect. I admit my brother is charming.

"Of course there is! You're the guy with the image and me beside you like this lessens your charm." I said shyly but enough for him to hear. With that, he let out a chuckle that eventually became laugh that is so bad, he actually stopped and clenched his stomach.

"C'mon sis! I actually didn't expect you to say those pitiful things. Like look, do you even think I would walk with you to school because of nothing?" Finally he stopped from his laughter, but only to add a dramatic pause for his statement. "I pity a human being like you and your physical features." His face inches away from mine. I started to feel my face getting hotter, with that, he laughed again.

"Cutie," he pinched my face and walked away, I on the other hand was still glued to the ground, face still hot, and dazed. "Hurry up, sis! We can't be late first thing, especially when it's first day of school."

"Found it?" Gave asked me as he's standing at my back, sheltering me from the crowd while I find my name in the class organizer, where you can find your class section and schedule. "Nah, I checked multiple times but my name's not in there." I turned around to look up at Gave who is a foot taller than me. Curse this short feature...

"Let's just check it in the office, this crowd makes me uncomfortable. Besides, those girls over there gives me the creeps." He pointed at a bunch of girls who are looking at our direction and squealing like all time fan girls. I rolled my eyes and dragged Gave away from the crowd.

While walking through the hallways, we stopped at our tracks when another crowd blocked our way to the office. "What's going on?" I asked a passerby about the wall of stupid humans blocking my way. "Oh, it's just that the 5 Hearts are passing by." He said without interest.

"5 Hearts?" I asked. Surprised as the person I was talking to, nowhere to be found. I know my features aren't that good but please bare with it( T ^ T )/~*

"Rachael," I heard Gave's voice from my back so I turned around to face him "Let's get out of here." He looked annoyed and dragged me to where we came from. I was left dumbfounded.

"Rachael?" A voice from our backs stopped Gave from his steps and from pulling me away with him. "It is you!" Surprised, someone hugged me from behind. Snuggling and squeezing me to death.

"Get away from my Rachael." Gave grabbed the back of my collar and separated me from the hugging monster.

"Rey?!" I blurted, when I saw Rey and his friends. They do go here.

"Yup, it's me sunshine! Surprised eh?" He pouted.

"Well..." Before I finish what I'm gonna say, Gave took my hand and answered Rey's question, "Not really. I was expecting you guys butting my sister."

"Sister?!" Now look who's surprised.

"Yeah, he's my brother alright. Older brother." I rolled my eyes and crossed my arms, "And to think that I will never see your faces ever again, such bad luck." I sigh.

"Oh c'mon, we're not that bad~" Rey pouted.

"Shut up Rey, because of you Rachael seems to be in a bad mood." Roderick joked and slightly punched Rey's head. Oh you got that one right...

Xerxes was chuckling at the sight of all of the guys fighting, while Cesar seemed like he didn't give a damn about what's happening. He had earphones sticking in his ear, and out of nowhere, I walked towards him and pulled one earpiece and stuck it in my ear. Everyone was surprised of what I just did, and so did Cesar. My eyes grew large when you heard a family melody, "OMG!" I screech so high, it was enough to make the boys plug their ears. "This is-YAOI:love of the final moonlight sound exhibition! I can't believe you would be listening to this kind of things!"

Everyone didn't understand what I was talking about they were confused, especially when they saw Cesar's face all pinkish red. He was blushing while looking down at me, "Y-you, wha-WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE YOU SAYING?!" He then took his earpiece back and walked away. You stood there, dazed.
