Justin’s POV

After we told the kids about the baby, we needed to announce it to the world. We had announced the last two on Ellen, but I wasn’t scheduled to be on Ellen for two more months, and waiting that long wasn’t an option.

“We could just tweet a picture.” I suggested. “I would rather do that than sell the story to People or Us Weekly.”

            “Yeah, me too.” She agreed.

I immediately grabbed my phone and tweeted, There’s something I need to tell you guys…” just to tease my followers. Immediately, my Twitter lit up with activity.

We pondered about what to do, but eventually decided to take a picture of me kissing her bare stomach. With some effects from Instagram, it almost looked like a real photographer had taken it. I added the caption, @MadelynBieber and I are expecting baby #4! #pumped #FAMILY, and let Madelyn okay it before I pressed tweet.

Just seconds later both of our twitter feeds blew up with comments, mostly good. It was a relief to know that people knew now. I knew Madelyn would be much more at ease, being able to wear whatever she wanted to.

Madelyn’s POV

Justin tweeted the picture to the world and in less than five minutes, my phone was ringing. I looked at the caller ID, it was my mother. We hadn’t spoken in over a year.

            “Hello?” I answered nicely.

“Madelyn Johnson! I cannot believe you didn’t even have the respect to call your own parents and tell us you were pregnant.” There was no respect coming from her end. Had she really just called me Madelyn Johnson? Nothing upset me more, and she knew that. But being the bigger person, I chose to let it go.

“Sorry Mom, I’ve had a lot going on lately.” I apologized, trying to be civil. “You would know I have my hands full if you ever called.” There was a moment of silence before she popped another question.

“Is Paige still dating her professor?”

“Technically, he isn’t her professor anymore.” I pointed out the fact, but I heard her huff on the other end of the phone.

“Regardless, you are still encouraging that god awful relationship, so we don’t have anything to talk about do we? Congratulations on the baby. Tell Justin and the kids hello.”

With that she hung up. I didn’t know what our first talk would be like, but that is not how I imagined it. It pained me that she couldn’t even give Noah a chance. Paige had been dating him for over a year now. But at least my parents hadn’t done anything irrational; like telling the dean about the relationship.

Justin’s POV

I could tell Madelyn was bothered by her mom’s call earlier, so I decided to do something fun to get her mind off of it. While she was taking a nap I made some phone calls.

“Guess who just scored tickets to the Lakers game tonight!” I jumped on the bed beside her.

            “You?” She laughed sleepily.

“Yeah! Let’s go! We can take the kids! They haven’t been yet!”

“I don’t know, I’m exhausted.” She yawned. I knew that this pregnancy had made her way more tired than normal, but I wanted to do something fun with her.

“Come on!” I mimicked Ryan Good. She couldn’t help but laugh. “There will be cotton candy, and nachos and popcorn.”

“Mmhm, nachos?” She smiled. “Alright, I’m in. As long as we can put the kids in their Knicks gear.” I should’ve realized that tonight the Lakers were up against the New York Knicks, her favorite team.

“No way!” I yelled. “They are wearing Lakers stuff!”

“You can dress Stella in Lakers stuff. I call the other two!” She hopped up and ran down the stairs.

“That’s not fair!” I laughed running behind her. She got to the living room first and scooped both Aniston and Kingston up.

“We are going to go put on Knicks gear.” She smirked, carrying them both upstairs. Stella smiled at me, and I knew this was not going to go well.

Madelyn’s POV

“My tutu!” I could hear Stella yelling upstairs. I hadn’t been able to get her to wear any other pants but leggings and her purple tutu for the last week. She was such a diva. From the time she was a year old she had mandated what she was going to wear. Lucky for me, Aniston and Kingston still let me dress them.

I looked at my two kids. Aniston was in her Knicks cheerleading outfit that Paige had gotten her for Christmas. Kingston was wearing his customized jersey that said Bieber on the back.

“Justin, we are going to be late!” I yelled up the stairs as the two of them appeared. It looked like they had settled on an outfit: black leggings, purple tutu and her yellow Lakers shirt.

“No cheerleading outfit for Stella?” I smiled mischievously at him.

“It took me an hour to convince her to wear the t-shirt, I didn’t want to press my luck. She is so your child.”

“You’re just lucky that her favorite tutu is Laker’s purple.” I giggled as we headed out the door.

Justin’s POV

Our seats were great. Madelyn was nervous about sitting courtside with the kids, but they all behaved. Kingston was totally into the game and cheered for the Lakers with me, even though he was wearing Knicks gear. The girls weren’t so into the game, and preferred to play with their dolls they had brought.

People were taking even more pictures than normal. Even though there was no real paparazzi, the fans were going crazy. It probably didn’t help that they had just found out about the baby, so every one was looking at Madelyn’s stomach. The girls right in front of us kept turning around just to take pictures of her stomach. I could tell it was making her uncomfortable, but she was too nice to say anything to them. But I wasn’t about to let a couple of girls wanting a good shot ruin her day.

These girls are out of control in front of us.

I texted Kenny, who immediately bent down to ask them to stop. They agreed.

“I’m so glad we came.” Madelyn said as I put my arm around her. “This is fun.”

            “Me too.” I smiled.

“Me too!” Kingston laughed on my lap.

The game was almost over when the beloved Kiss Cam started.

“Ew!” Stella squealed on Madelyn’s lap as she watched the jumbotron.

“You better think that for a very long time.” I told her. “No kissing boys until you are thirty. Maybe forty.”

“You poor girl, your overprotective daddy is going to run off every boy who tries to go after you.” Madelyn kissed Stella’s cheek right as the Kiss Cam landed on us. The whole arena started cheering. She laughed and turned to me. I wasn’t sure she would be up for it, but she was the one who leaned in first.

“Ew! Ew!” Stella and Kingston, who were both still sitting on our laps watching us on the jumbotron, yelled. This made us laugh hysterically. We kissed in front of them all the time, but I guess seeing it on the jumbotron made it gross.

“Do you want me to kiss her again?” I teased them just to see their reactions.
