Justin’s POV

Aria’s first night home, I tackled the bath and bedtime routines with the older kids while Madelyn caught a couple of hours of sleep with Aria. I tucked each kid into bed before crawling into bed behind Madelyn.

It had been months since we had slept in the same bed. I curled up behind her, trying to get myself as close to her body as I could.

“Spooning with a baby in our bed?” She laughed as she started to wake up. “I missed this.” I was surprised she had brought Aria to bed with her, since normally she was all about making them sleep in their cribs from night one.

“Me too, babe.” I kissed her neck softly and gently. We had only been back together for a day, but I found myself unable to keep my lips off of her kissable skin. She didn’t seem too bothered by it, though. “I could lay here with you all night.”

“I know the feeling.” She sighed as Aria started to whimper. She immediately sat up and gently picked Aria up before she got too upset. She started to feed her and I just watched. I was still mesmerized by how good she was with our kids. I couldn’t have picked a better mother for my children.

Madelyn’s POV

After Aria finished eating, she fell right back to sleep. I laid her in her crib for the very first time. She looked so little in it. As much as I wanted to let her sleep with us, I knew it was better for her to learn how to sleep on her own now.

“Is she asleep?” Justin asked as I crawled back into our bed.

“Out like a light.” I smiled. It was a relief to have a baby that seemed easy so far. Stella had been difficult from the beginning, never wanting to sleep in her crib as a newborn. But luckily, Aria hadn’t even whimpered.

“Two hours of sleep before she’s up again?” He asked, wrapping his arms around me.

“I don’t know about you, but I’m not very tired.” I winked at him. He nearly pounced on top of me before the words had even left my mouth. “Ouch, careful.” I laughed in pain. “I did just have your baby twenty-four hours ago.”

“Oh my gosh, babe! Sorry!” He started to get off of me, but I grabbed his shirt and pulled his lips to mine.

“Just be gentle.” I whispered. I knew we couldn’t actually do anything since I wasn’t in any condition to have sex, but sometimes making out like horny teenagers was just as fun.

Justin’s POV

Each night of that week was the same. We were either making out or just cuddling all night. It was magical and completely unexpected.  We usually finally went to sleep around seven, but we didn’t get to sleep for very long.

“Wake up Mommy! Wake up Daddy!” Stella jumped onto our bed and started jumping on top of me.

“Stella.” I moaned. “Why are you awake?”

“It’s morning!” I peered at the clock. It was nine.

            “Is anyone else up?”

“You are.” She smiled devilishly at me.

“Five more minutes?” I pleaded with her.

            “No!” She laughed.

“Come on Stella, let’s go make breakfast. Let Daddy get his beauty sleep.” Madelyn picked her up and carried her out of the room, shutting the door behind her.

Madelyn’s POV

By the time Justin came down, all four kids were up and in the kitchen with me. Aniston and Kingston were taking turns stirring the pancake batter while Stella stirred the eggs. Aria was sound asleep in her swing that I had set in the kitchen so she was close to me while I fried the bacon and flipped the pancakes. Aria had been home for almost a week and I was already a pro at dealing with the extra little bit of chaos that came with having four kids under four.

“Look Daddy!” Stella said proudly as Justin walked in. “I’m stirring!”

“Good job, girly.” He kissed each one of them good morning and then snuck up and hugged me from behind.

“Good morning, my beautiful wife.” He kissed my cheek and then my neck.

“Good morning husband.” I giggled as Aria started to cry.

            “Shut her up.” Stella sassed.

“Stella! No more! We already talked about not being rude or sassy anymore.” I scolded her as Justin tended to Aria.

By the time breakfast was ready, we were all starving. I made each kid a plate and then sat down to eat with them.

“So what are we going to do today?” Justin asked them.

“Let’s go swimming!” Aniston cheered. It was June already and we hadn’t been in the pool once, despite her repeated requests.

            “Yeah!” The twins yelled.

“Okay, go put on your swimming suits while I feed Aria.”

Justin’s POV

I helped the big kids into their swimming suits and then blew up floaties for them. I moved Aria’s swing into a shady spot on the porch so that she could sleep while we played.

“Catch me Daddy!” Stella ran and jumped into the deep end. I caught her and threw her into the air. She let out a squeal of delight.

“My turn!” Kingston jumped into me next. Aniston was after him. They had all three taken several turns of jumping to me by the time Madelyn came out.

“My gosh, did you really have a baby a week ago?” I yelled at her as she put Aria into the swing. She was wearing a one-piece, but it was still super sexy.

“Don’t pretend you don’t see my gross stomach.” She laughed.

            “What stomach?” I smiled.

“Oh stop.” She chuckled, wading into the shallow end of the pool.

“No, really.” I swam towards her and grabbed her from behind and started to tickle her.

“Aniston! Save me!” She laughed uncontrollably. I picked her up and threw her into the deep end, careful not to hit any of the kids that were swimming around.

“Oh no you didn’t.” She came up laughing. “Splash Daddy!” She yelled. All three kids along with Madelyn started splashing me.

“Kingston! We men have to be on the same team or we are going to be outnumbered for the rest of our lives!” I laughed. But that was fine by me. Sure, living with four women was going to be a little much in a couple of years, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.

“Alright, truce?” Madelyn laughed and swam over to me. I picked her up and she wrapped her legs and arms around me.

“Truce.” I smiled and kissed her. Every time I had kissed her since we had reconciled, I couldn’t help but think how thankful I was she had forgiven me.

“Thank you for taking me back.” I whispered.

“Thank you for wanting me back.”

“Forever and always, babe. I’ll never let you go again.”
