facetime call
I lay on the bed watching TV. It's not like I can scroll through Snapchat or Instagram since Jake has my phone. I look over to see him standing at the door. He knocks and I don't say anything.
"Here crybaby." He says while throwing my phone as it hits the bed. I grab my phone placing it on my lap. "You're welcome." He stares at me as I give him the side eye.
I cough and smile.
"You're welcome." He says again. He starts to walk closer. He gets on the bed as I get up.
"If you're looking for a thank you you're in the wrong place because you're sure as hell not getting it from here." I snap.
"Stop acting like that."
"Could you just please leave me alone?" I say quietly trying to calm down.
"Are you still mad about what happened yesterday?"
"Jake just leave."
"Why are you mad anyway? It was you that said we weren't going to work!"
"Yet you were the one who said we could. If you thought we could work then why would you sleep with someone the next day?"
"It doesn't matter." He starts to walk away.
"Jake it really does. Forget about us for a second. What if someone else would've walked in? Let's say a very important business owner. How the fuck would you explain that to him?"
"But did a business owner walk in? No. So that doesn't fucking matter."
"What does matter is the fact that you wonder why I'm mad yet you're the one in the wrong."
"Oh I'm in the wrong? We wouldn't even be here if you would've just simply said no when I asked for sex."
"So somehow this is my fault? No way. This is not my fault. I wouldn't have had to turn you down if you would've never came on to me."
"Maybe you should consider what you wear around here."
"I didn't think what I wear would be a problem given the fact that we're both reasonable adults."
"Being reasonable adults doesn't have anything to do with this."
"Well what does have to do with this then Jake? Because if I recall I wasn't wearing that for you or around the house I was wearing it because I was supposed to go to a bar with a friend."
"The same friend that you kissed in front of me?"
"You say it like it's a problem. It's not like you're my boyfriend or anything."
"Still that's disrespectful."
"Why is it disrespectful? Is it disrespectful because I kissed him in front of you? Is it disrespectful because you wish you could kiss me like that? Is it-"
"Yes." My eyes widen.
"What?"
"Nevermind you wouldn't care anyway." He says while walking out. What was that about?

I wake up and run my hands through my hair. I already know I look horrible right now. I yawn and look around. I get up to brush my teeth and wash my face. Afterwards I go downstairs to fix myself some cereal.
I go back up to my room to see Kirsten FaceTime calling me. I immediately answer and prop my phone up on a pillow.
"Hey!" I yell.
