Chapter 2 Being A New Person

Sorry for the long wait. Chapter 2 is finally released!!! For those who are waiting for the Chapter 2 here it is. I haven't publish Chapter 2 so, here I am. If you're asking "Why?". My cellphone broke. Hu hu hu* making a sad face* poor me. But then I got it fix just now. Then guys here's Chapter 2, I hope you like it.

Cadence's POV

While I was in limousine together with Jace, it was so awkward. But I have a question in my head that I really need to ask. Seeing my troubled face, Jace said "Cadence, is something wrong?". So I take a deep breath and said "Jace" "Mhh?" he replied. "Where are we going?" I asked.

"Ohh.. So that was the question who have been worrying about?" He said. And I nodded. "We are going to a party" he answered. And I said "What?!! You should have told me Jace" I said. "If I had said it, it wouldn't be fun" he said "And besides I will help you". Well I have been taught how to be a royalty like because of my older cousin who is Rea Faith Montella.

She is a very rich girl who is taught into a princess like. There's a day I went to her home which looks like a castle. While I was there she applied to me what have been taught to her and I was at theirs for weeks.

She said I need to learn it because someday I'll be able to use it. And now the things that she taught me are gonna apply on Jace's party. Then we have arrived at a hotel who had a lot of floors. To be accurate it has 100 floors. I was still so nervous. Because I have never been to party especially when the party is all about rich person. While me I'm just a worker at one of Jace's company.

We went in the building. And step in the elevator. And damn, even the elevator looks damn expensive. If I could only be rich. Wait!! I am rich, I'm going to Jace's fiancé. Wait, What?!!!! What was I thinking?!!! Why did Jace got into my thoughts?!!! I only belong to Albert. You hear that me, I only belong to Albert!!!!

We waited for a while, when the elevator ringed to the 100th floor. Everyone went out as I went out too. As I step out of the elevator I saw the room when lots of decorations. Everything here is expensive I guess, well it's expected to be it is a party of rich persons.

I was looking around when Jace came, and put his left hand to my waist and said "Don't leave my side" which made me blush and stare the floor. But when I look up again, I got thirsty and said to Jace that "Jace, I'm just going to get a drink" he replied with an "Ok" sign. So then I grab a drink on a table but when I got back, I saw that Jace is being surrounded with loads of person.

So I decided to go in a corner after finishing that drink. But not long after I finished that drink a man came in front of me and offered "Hey! Are you alone? Want some drink" I don't want the drink but not accepting it would be rude so I hesitated a lot.

He then got impatient and pulled my right wrist but before I could resist, a man with a familiar voice, spoke "What do you think you're doing with my fiancé" when I saw the man, I saw Jace and then he puts his left hand on my waist. But then I blushed at what he said "fiancé".

"Well I thought she's your secretary" the man said "Well, she's not" Jace replied. "Well you should've said you're with someone" he said while moving away from us. "Hey Jace, what if that person from a while ago is one of the famous persons" "Like I even care, besides there loads of famous persons I could work with".

I just rolled my eyes at what he said. The party went for a little while and I just smiled on every person that Jace talks to. When the party finished. Jace pulled me to the limousine and said my address. Wait!! How did he know my address?!!! "You're asking how did I know your address right" how did he knew that?!!! "It's written all over your face".

"Uhh!! I'm so sorry that the words I want to say is written all over my face" I said while pouting.

Jace's POV

Why did she do that?!! She look so fucking cute. Wait, what am I saying?!!!! But she really is cute, and that's fact. When Cadence said that "What's wrong Jace? You keep staring at me since like a while ago" "Nothing I am just looking at the window, maybe it's just your imagination" "Really, then I supposed that I was imagining it" Whew that was close, I didn't realize that I was staring at her since a while ago.

Well I can't help it she's too cute even though she's not even doing anything she's just staring at the road or window. And besides that look she have is too beautiful. I keep thinking about her when I realize that I have fallen asleep.

Cadence's POV

"Jace. Uhmm Jace, wake up" "Who is it" he said while holding my hand. I keep waking him up because he is sleeping on my lap and the driver stopped in front of our house. So I keep waking him up while looking at his handsome face. But I don't know why there are some part of me don't want to wake him up.

But I need to or else I'm gonna be late tomorrow and I'll get scolded. "Jace, Jace, Wake up" "Who are you?" "I'm Cadence, wake up please". I don't know what's gotten to him but he immediately awake. "It's about time you wake up I keep waking you up but you won't get up". After saying that and after he got up, I went straight home.

Jace's POV

What was I thinking?!!! I fell asleep and what's that!! I fell asleep on Cadence's lap she might be soooooo mad right now. Well nothing a good night sleep can do the trick. After a while I still can't sleep, my mind is being occupied with Cadence.
