This short story contains material that could and might be damaging to any person under the age of sixteen *16* -depending on how exposed you are. That is to say, it contains 'contemporary' styled relationships and lifestyle, unrestricted social behaviour, substance abuse, sex, and everything in between.
There are also themes of abuse and violence.
This book is really special to me and I think that for the first time I've actually written a book that really focuses on emotions and bad situations - yes, more than Sam and I.
You have to read the whole book to get the story, and I hope that I can make it have a longer length than I'm seeing myself being able to give it.
Charlie contains two significant parts; A Stolen Love and Love Remains The Same (thank you Gavin Rosdale!), that will keep you guessing and waiting and maybe crying.
This is more than just a lesbian novel, and I hope that the main heart of the story will be captured, and that you'll see the beauty in all the ugly that crops up.
I am not big on glamourising explicit sex like most erotica and gay fiction works. I want to explore more than just painting irrelevant humping sessions, and I hope it will be a worthy read because of the emotions and adventure and not 'sexual overload' in content.
