I walked out of the cabin for the first time in days. I was finally starting to feel better and just in time.
TV had started to get boring with all the reality shows. And news on pirate attacks on ships.

DOESNT ANYBODY WATCH THE NEWS?

Or am I the only one concerned about impending pirate attacks?
Yes, I am often known for my various freak outs and my blowing-things-out-of-proportions.

But here we are:
A ship cruising the British isles.

And what's going on:
Attacks by pirates on ships cruising the British isles.

So I had made it my point to notify the captain about the impending doom we would all experience surely if we didn't do anything.

I trudged up the long winding stairs that led to the place where I figured the captain would be, slipping through a door that read
ENTRY TO STAFF ONLY
I walked lightly, darting in and out of doors whenever workers slipped by.
I consider myself a very experienced trespasser due to all the times I've cut class at school. It all requires the same amount of sneaking.

After awhile, I found the door that read CONTROL ROOM

Sounds promising, right?

I was just about to open up the door when I heard a call of, "Excuse me, miss! You're not allowed to be here."

The speaker had the voice that sounded surgary and fake, as though they spent all their free time looking a pictures of puppies.
It was absolutely sickening.
I turned to see a young women with bleached hair and enough makeup for three people. She was rather tan and wore a name tag that read "Anna".
I suddenly felt slightly self conscious in my black tanktop and jeans complete with scuffed up converse. My eyes flicked to her perfectly straight hair and I know she was looking at my curly mess of highlights.

WAIT. ME? SELF CONSCIOUS?

Ah, hell no.
Hell to the nope.
This woman was going down.

I put on my best congenial smile and stood up a little straighter.
"I need to speak to captain. It's of the upmost importance."

Oooh I used a big word!

Anna cocked an eyebrow. She leaned forward as if she were talking to a child.
"Uh-huh. What would that be?"
"The impending pirate attacks we should be concerned about."
Anna threw back her head in a high pitched girlish laugh.
"Everyone is as safe as they want to be!"
I shook my head and attempted to slip past her. Anna stuck out her arm, stopping me with a cold look.
"You need to leave."
I was about to retort some snappy comment when I felt something else come up.

Example: My lunch.

The sandwich I had at the All You Can Eat Buffet was now clearly displayed all over Anna.
"GAURDS! Detain her!", She shrieked.

I turned sharply to see to muscley looking men running towards me.

Choosing instinct over sense, I ran off leaving a vomit covered Anna in my wake.
