“Where yall taking me?” I asked struggling to get out of their grips. Obviously I couldn’t though but it never hurt to try.
“Don’t worry about that little girl,” said Joey.
“I’m not a little girl,” I said.
Joey laughed. “You hear that Mike? She says she’s not a little girl.”
Mike just nodded with a small smile plastered on his face. He hadn’t said much since they’ve been dragging me down this dark hall so I figured he was the quiet type. You know the ones who never question their boss and just go along with everything even if he’s against it? That’s him.
I sighed. This was really frustrating and nerve-wrecking. What were they planning on doing to me? We stopped before a room door and I watched as Joey unlocked it while Mike continued to hold me tightly around my arms. After opening the door I received a hard shove from and landed in the room on my hands and knees. Before I could even get up the door was shut and locked again. Once again I sighed and slid back on the floor in the corner. I took in my surroundings. This small room was a lot like the one I just left. It was small, empty, and dark. There were no windows to look out of so I had absolutely no clue where we were. I’m guessing it was some abandoned building in the middle of nowhere.
I know we’ve been here for some time. I’m not sure how much time but I know Antonio and the other guys were probably worried sick. I bet Antonio has left me a million texts and voicemails asking where I was. Thinking of my phone, I decided to check to see if I still had it. I doubt I did but there was no harm in checking. I checked my pockets. I was right. It made sense though; I mean what smart kidnapper would leave the victim with a way to contact help.
I was sitting alone in the dark forever before I heard the door knob turn. Remembering what happened last time, I squinted my eyes to protect them from the light just in case they were turned on. It wasn’t though. The door was left cracked. Whoever this was must not be worried about me trying to escape. Stupid.
“Anya, Anya, Anya,” I heard Charles voice. My stomach dropped. What was he planning on doing? I watched as his figure walked towards me and slowly I looked up at him meeting his eyes.
“Oh so you don’t have anything to say now do you?”
“There’s nothing to say,” I said quietly as I glanced at the open door. I really hope he doesn’t have a gun or anything because this looks like it’s gonna be my only chance to escape.
“Oh really?” he said bending down so that we were face to face. He pulled up his right hand and began to caress my cheek. Looking me in the eyes, he let his cold fingers linger there.
“I’ve wanted you for a long time now Anya and now I can finally have you again,” he said whispering the last part as he brought his fingers to my lips parting them slightly.
“Please don’t touch me,” I said bitterly.
“Your skin is so soft, your lips so round,” he said ignoring me.
“You look a little like your mother only having you is so much better than having her. Always have been.”
“I said don’t touch me!” I said before biting his finger and punching him as hard as I could in the groin area.
“You little b****!” he managed to get out despite all the pain he was experiencing at the moment.
I pushed him over and ran to the door leaving the way that Joey and Mike dragged me from. I didn’t get far before I felt a pair of hands grab me, pulling me through another door and locking it behind them. I screamed thinking it was either Mike or Joey.
