Jordan's POV:
"What do you say?" I said to Luke as he bit into his donut. "Tank you." He smiled with donut crumbs on his face. "You're welcome." Tahj chuckled and sipped from his coffee. I wiped Luke's mouth off and bit into my donut. "How long do we have until Christmas break?" I asked him. He shrugged. "I'm ready to be out too babe." He grabbed my hand. I intertwined our fingers as Luke started babbling.
"Tahj, play!" Luke pouted and put a toy car on my math book. "Buddy, I have to do my homework." He said and ruffled Luke's hair. Luke whimpered and I sighed, putting my paper down. "Do you need a nap?" I asked as he started to cry and rub his eyes. I picked him up and sat back down on the couch, rocking Luke back and forth. Luke slowly stopped crying, leaving the room silent except for his sniffles. I looked at him and kissed his forehead. "I'll be back." I said to Tahj before walking upstairs.
"See you tomorrow." I smiled and lightly pecked Tahj's lips. "Bye Jor." He smiled and walked to his car. I waved one last time as he drove away. I closed the door behind me and smiled to myself. I don't know what it was about Tahj but he always made my heart flutter.
