Come With Me: World Tour // Lady Gaga

Chapter 1

Steff and I stand up on top of the Eiffel Tower. .

"You know Alice. I missed you so much. I really can't do this tour without you. I want you and Joanne to finish it with me." She says, "Alice will you come with me."

I wrap my arm around her. "Of course."

This is one of those moments where everything just seems so perfect. I now know I will finally be able to see my mum more. I will be traveling the world with her. But just having her by my side, standing here 300m in the air looking down in the middle of the night to a lit up town. It's one of those utterly perfect moments.

"Thankyou." She whispers, her voice traveling out into the silent night.

"Thankyou." I say. "I know you always say that adopting me was the best thing to happen to you. I don't think I say that being adopted by you was the best thing to ever happen to me. I am so glad that you found me literally on the side of the road. I don't know if I have said this before but that was the best thing that has ever happened to me. I love you Steff."

"Alice I love you too."

We stand there silently for a while.

"Come lets go home." Steff says after a long period of silence. It is late by now, a few hours past midnight.

We go back to the hotel Cynthia and Joanne are at. As we walk in Joanne starts to cry. Cynthia starts to rush over to attend to her but Steff buts in.

"It's okay I've got her." She says as she picks Joanne up. "What's wrong little girl. Why are you so upset."

She changes Joanne's nappy.

I am tired and so I go and get ready for bed. I lay down and soon afterward Steff comes and lies down next to me.

"There were no beds left." She whispers snuggling into me. I smile in knowledge that there was an extra bed.

"So Alice are you ready to go see the Arch de Triumph." Steff says waking me up.

"Yeah, sure." I say as I open my eyes. I sheepishly get up and go have breakfast. I am not recovering well after being out so late last night.

Cynthia comes to join us at the table.

"Mum I have something I want to tell you." Steff says. "I have decided that Alice and Joanne will be coming on tour with me. I really missed them and your right, Joanne needs her mum. So I think we might be able to manage touring together."

"What will you do with Joanne while your preforming, and while your busy." Cynthia asks.

"Alice will help me take care of her. If I need to I guess I could hire a nanny. If you want I guess you could stay come with us but I'm not going to force you to." Steff answers.

"I'm sorry Steff but I don't think I would be able to handle touring with you. I was hesitant to even continuously bring your children up to see you. I think I will leave this in your capable hands." Cynthia says.

"That's fine, thank you so much mum." Steff replies. "Now come on Alice, we have an Arch de Triumph to look at."

I follow as she takes me out to see the beautiful monument.
