Rouge meets Mate

Chapter 7. School

Hazel's POV:

I woke to a knock on my door. I grunted in response. The door opened and I saw that my mother stood at the door.
"You know you have school today and it's beginning in around three quarters of an hour." She said
"It's around a mile away! I need to get ready!" I said
She smirked and closed the door behind her. I jumped out of bed and grabbed my clothes. I ran into the bathroom with my shoes and outfit.

When I came out I realised that schools a few miles away. I'll need to travel with the other wolves. I grabbed my phone and a bag in the corner. It just had a notebook, money and a few other things. I grabbed a jacket and flew down the stairs. I said my goodbyes and ran out the house. I made my way past the waterfall and into the centre of the pack territory. A Range Rover was parked with the door open, kids flooded inside. I joined them inside as the doors closed behind me. I smiled to myself as it started to drive.

Everything that I saw seemed to pass in a blur. I didn't really notice the anything as I glanced out of the window. Before I knew it we had arrived. When I walked out pack members bowed. I bowed back and smiled, they deserve as much respect as I do. When I walked in I saw Violet. She smiled when she saw me and ran up to me. We hugged in the middle of the corridor.
"Finally you can come to school with me!" She said
"Why weren't you on the packs ride?" I asked
"Oh, my father gives me a lift sometimes. You can come with me next time." She said
"Thanks! I need to get my timetable can u help?" I said
"Sure, lets go." She said
She led me to reception and I was met with someone from the pack. The school has a decent amount of the pack incase anything were to happen.
"Hello Hazel and Violet how may I help?" She asked
"Hazel needs a timetable." Violet said with a smile
"Of course" she said and pulled one out from her desk.
"Have a nice day!" She said
"Thank you" we said as we walked away

When Violet led me to Homeroom I felt Chloe acting strangely. He's here. Who's here. Mate is HERE. I blocked her out as I turned to look at Violet. She looked at me and leaned over.
"I think they let a rouge into school, the scent is all over the place." She said
"I can't smell any rotten smells." I said as I sniffed.
I can smell Percy. Before I could react he walked into class. He seemed to be gaining multiple glares from pack members and a smile from myself. He smiled at me as he made his way to the back of the class. Violet looked at us both and if looks kill, well he would be six feet under. I focused back to the front of the class. The teacher walked in and I could tell that he was a pack member. Great. He's gonna hate Percy. Don't worry angel. How did you hear that? I keep the link open sometimes for your safety. I looked to see that the teacher logged onto the computer. Probably looking at the register.
"Class we have two new students, may I introduce Hazel and Percy, please both of you stand up." He said
I stood up, colour rushing to my face, I don't like being put on the spot. When he had finished we ate back down and he gave out some papers, only to me and Percy.
"This is to test what level you are at so we can move you to the correct classes." He said
I started working and glanced up at the teacher who was teaching the rest of the class. He glared at Percy frequently. The test is on English, Maths and a few other subjects. It turned out those tutor classes seemed to have helped. ALOT. I knew the answer to every question, I think I did this around a year ago. My parents must have done this on purpose. When I had finished I handed my papers in and started to read the novel the rest of the class were on. Percy continued with the papers. Are you okay? I read a few lines before I heard a response. Yeah, I did this a while back but I'm getting distracted by the teachers death glares. I chuckled to myself as I continued reading. This class better be quick.

It turned out that I had a break next. When I got out of class Percy pulled me aside me away from the others.
"Thanks for getting me into school." He said
"No problem" I said
"I'm staying with a foster family right now as a cover up." He said
"As long as you'll be safe." I said
"It's so adorable that you care." He said
I blushed and tucked a bit of hair behind my ear.
"Come on, I'll show you around." He said
"How, your as new as I am?" I said
"Yeah but we can look around together." He said
I smiled. Come on, do you wanna stay in the corridor all day? I blushed and caught up with him.
Overall I think this schools a good start for us.

Heya! Sorry I took so long to update. I've been busy but this is a long chapter to celebrate Christmas tomorrow. I will try update soon but I'm pretty busy. I hope you all have a smashing Christmas! See y'all later!
