Chapter 38. Together Forever

Percy's POV:

Hazel is with Violet and Belle, they are keeping her busy whilst I am with Pete and Max. Right now Pete is about to go and get the white roses ad Max is mind linking everyone. I felt my smile grow further as they left.

I could feel the small box pressing against my leg through my trousers as I walked. I didn't mean to buy it at the time, I was passing the shop when it caught my eye. I was planning to ask her eventually, but I did not know when would be best. But people are right. There is no time like the present.

Hazel's POV:

Violet and Belle have blindfolded me. One of them is pulling up my hair and the other is picking out clothes, I can hear hangers being thrown. I chuckled to myself as Belle groaned.
"It's not funny! Your wardrobe is a mess, it's worse than Narnia!" She complained
"What's this for anyway?" I asked chuckling
"You know we can't tell you that." Violet said spraying something on my hair
"Give me a warning please!" I said coughing
"Sorry! But we need to get your clothes on now so stay still." Violet said
"If I could decide!" Belle said groaning
"Oh come here it isn't that hard!" She said

I don't know how long later I could feel the blindfold be removed. Somehow I don't know how long they spent doing this but it's all worth it now, for whatever it's for anyway. They found a white lace summer dress and I don't even know how they got my hair so, so pretty. But I can tell that they are working up to something. (See up top for dress.)

The phone and bracelet planted in my hands as I gave the mirror one last glance. The girls smiled like Cheshire cats as they opened the door and passed me some sandals. I slipped them on and put the bracelet on my wrist. I put my phone in my bag and smiled.
"Are you all ready? Have you got everything? Your growing up so fast!" Violet said screeching at the end
"Yes I have and we are in the same year!!" I said as she chuckled
"You look gorgeous as always." Belle said as her smile somehow grew even more.
"Thank you both for everything." I said smiling

As I walked down the stairs I still couldn't figure out what this was all for. As I started to reach the bottom I saw him at the door. He was wearing a shirt and his hair combed. His face lit up as he saw me and I could feel my smile growing.
"You look beautiful." He said as he took my hand
"Thank you." I said blushing and he opened the door

We walked through the woods, fields and were near the beach. We talked hand in hand as we passed everything. Everything was quiet and all the pack members seemed to be doing something else and were out of the way. I still remember meeting him as if it was yesterday.
"Do you remember when I met you?" He asked as if he was reading my mind
"Yes, once I found you I hid you in the waterfall cave." I said smiling at the memory
"When I saw you I thought you were the most beautiful women I had ever seen but now I know that you are." He said smiling at me
"You are extremely cheesy." I said smiling and laughing
"I've only just begun." He said and pulled out some flowers
"I've heard that their your favourite." He said giving them to me and placing one in my hair
"Yes they are." I said as I hugged him
"I wish this would last forever." He said
"Yes, if only." I said smiling
When we parted he got down on one knee and pulled something out of his pockets.
"Hazel, since the day I met you everything changed. You changed me and I wouldn't change a thing that we have done or been through. Everything has made me love you more and us being apart is the one thing that scares me. You are the most kind, beautiful, caring and best person in my life. I cannot love without you. I love you, so much and I want to be with you forever. Will you Hazel marry me and make me the happiest man alive?" He said pulling out the ring
"Yes!" I said as he put the ring on my finger and picked me up
"I love you and now we can be together forever." He said as he started walking towards the sand
The sunset reflected of the shimmering water as we smiled together.
"Together forever." I said repeating his last words
