Chapter 8. Forever together

Hazel's POV:

School went well, at lunch Percy and I ran into town together. He's getting some masking spray soon so everything will be easier. His wolf doesn't show up when I'm with him. He's happy about this and so am I. Right now I am in the school run on the way home. Violet is beside me but is very quiet. She might of found her mate but I don't want to pry. Well, I do but I don't want to tell anyone about Percy. She glanced at me but her eyes seemed glued to her phone. She's texting someone. I don't know who because we don't talk to anyone apart from each other and our families. I looked at her to see that she's smiling ear to ear. As much as I don't want to believe this I've realised what's going on. Violets found her mate.

When we got into the pack land me and Violet jumped out together. She started walking another way and then turned around.
"I'll catch you later Hazel." She said
"See ya Vi." I said
When she walked the other way I shifted letting Chloe take over. What have you become this time? A lion. I could feel her smirking. What am I gonna do with you. Nothing cause we are the same person. Good point. The ground felt soft on our paws. When we saw the house I climbed up the tree and jumped through the open window. I shifted and closed it behind me. I dropped my bag on my bed and ditched my shoes. I slid down the hand support on the stairs. When I landed I almost fell.
"Hi mom, dad. I'm back!" I said
"Hi honey." My mom said
"How was school?" Dad asked
"Good, great even." I said
"I hope you weren't talking to any boys." He said sternly
"Erm, no." I said
"Good, if you are I will get the pack members to tell me everything." He said in a slightly more happy tone.
"You can go and do as you wish until dinner, it will be in around half an hour." She said
"Thank you." I said
I escaped the grasp of my parents and went outside. I let Chloe take over once again. We ran as fast as we could to the waterfall. As a lion we jumped through the water much easier. When I got through I saw Percy. I shifted back.
"What are you doing here? Aren't you supposed to be with your foster family?" I asked
"No, I meet them later. What are you doing here?" He said
"I was going to tidy the place up a bit." I said
"Sure." He said as he sat down.
I smiled and sat down next to him.
"I want to give you something. So we can always be together even when we are apart." He said
I smiled and sat up. He pulled something out of his pocket. He opened up a bag and pulled out two beaded bracelets.
"They are based off Yin and Yang." He said as he showed them.
He put the white one on my wrist and the black one on his. We held hands and looked at them.
"Now we can always be together." He said
"Your so sweet." I said as I pecked his cheek
"I love them and I love you too." I said
