Dakota's POV:

I woke up to Julie shaking me. "Dakota, get up. It's Christmas." I smiled at her and got up. "Wait!" I said stopping her from opening the door. "Are they up?"
"Dakota, I'm pretty sure I heard a beer bottle open." She said. I gasped and ran to my pillow. "I got a five dollar bill!" I said holding it up. "Whoa! I got a quarter when I lost my first tooth." Julie said opening the door.

We ran downstairs into the living room. Darry stopped me from going to the presents. "Hold on kiddo. What did the tooth fairy leave ya?" I showed him. "Five dollars. Can we open presents now?" The rest of the boys laughed, only I don't know why. "Sure." Darry chuckled.

Darry got me a fuzzy blanket, Sodapop got me a horse charm bracelet, Steve got me a horse playset, and Two-bit got me more Mickey Mouse stuffed animals. Darry rolled his eyes. "Like she really needs those." I giggled and hugged my new stuffed animals. Dally got me my red converses, Ponyboy got me a unicorn hair bow, Julie got me a necklace that had Mickey Mouse on it. She had another one that had Minnie on it.

Dally's POV:

Dakota opened another present. A box of chocolates that I bought, but I put Johnny's name on it. "Thank you Johnny." Dakota said hugging him. Johnny stammered a you're welcome. He looked over at me. I smiled. He smiled back.

Julie and Dakota got up to put the stuff in the playroom. I smirked knowing what was coming. I heard Dakota scream and Julie yell, "Oh my gosh, it's as big as you!" We all got up and went into the playroom. Dakota hugged the neck of her stuffed horse. "That's like 3 feet tall." Ponyboy pointed out.
"It is." I said.
Darry turned and looked at me. "You didn't."
I nodded. "I did."
"How did you have the money for that?"
"It was 30 something dollars and I got the money from a friend."
"So you bought that for her?" Ponyboy asked.
"No, Santie Claus did." I said before winking at him.

This was pretty short, but I'm working on another chapter, so yeah....
