Chapter 52

Zayn POV

"PERRIE?!" I shouted, knowing she couldn't hear me, but I had to try.

"PERRIE?!?!" I shouted again, I punched the wall in frustration when nobody replied again. What am I supposed to do in 24 hours? How could I possibly discover where she is.

"Well you need to be on top of your game for that don't you?"

I quickly looked around when Jake's taunting voice sounded in my head, "WHERE ARE YOU?!" I shouted

"Now now, don't get unfriendly, I'm just giving you hints, you know, she's quite the kicker. I think I've gotten a few bruises"

"Don't talk about her like that" I hissed through gritted teeth.

"I don't think you're in a position to give commands"  I could feel him smirking, "Next hint is in an hour, make sure you're available because I won't be repeating it"

"fuck fuck fuck fuck" I cursed to myself as I paced the bedroom.

"On top of your game" what the hell does that mean?

"Zayn what the hell is going on" Harry walked into the room, he must've sensed my desperation.

"He's got her Harry, he's got Perrie" I said

Harry's eyes widened, "Jake?" 

I rolled my eyes, "No, the queen of fucking England. YES JAKE!"

Harry put his hands up in defense, "Alright sorry, just making sure. So what does he want with her?" He asked

"I don't know, he said I have 24 hours to find her."

"Or else what?" Harry frowned

"I think he'll kill her" I muttered more to myself.

Harry didn't say anything, he just solemnly nodded. Before disappearing. I don't know where he went and to be honest I don't care. All I could think about was Perrie right now.

Harry then returned with Louis Liam and Niall, who all looked very confused.

"What's going on?" Louis frowned after seeing Harry's expression. Harry slowly spoke, "Jake's got Perrie"

They all gasped, I ran my hands over my face in frustration.

"Are you alright?" Liam asked, walking toward me and grabbing my shoulders.

"Who cares if I'm alright? Jake's got Perrie and god knows what he's doing to her right now so stop thinking about me" I snapped

"Calm down Zayn, we'll find her" Niall tried to soothe me.

"Well then why are we still standing here? We don't have much time!" I said

"Not much time?" Louis asked confused, Harry sighed.

"Jake gave us 24 before he'll kill her."

They all nodded

"Well then, we gotta move quick" Liam stated, "Zayn do you have any ideas where she might be?" He turned to me.

I shook my head. "All he said was that I should be "on top of my game" and that the next hint will come in an hour."

"On top of your game" Niall repeated slowly, "Could she be in the skylounge of the stadium?" He said, looking around.

"You're a genius!" Louis exclaimed

"But isn't there a game going on right now? The stadium's probably packed. Everyone will see it." Liam thought out loud.
