Chapter 44

Niall POV

I woke up with a stinging pain in my back.

I stepped out of my bed, which turned out to not be my bed at all? This was Harry's bed. 

So what happened yesterday wasn't a dream? I ran to the bathroom and started inspecting my back in the mirror, standing in an awkward pose trying to look around my shoulders. 

There it was, that horrible gash those guys sliced in my skin. I guess Susan hasn't healed me yet.

Suddenly my nostrils were invaded with the inviting smell fo bacon and pancakes! I walked out of the bathroom and into the kitchen where Harry was making breakfast while talking with Blaine.

"I see, and who knows about this?" Blaine asked

"Nobody, just me and Niall" Harry replied

"What do we know?" I asked, feeling a bit left out

Harry looked in my direction, not looking surprised at my arrival, he probably read my mind.

"What happened yesterday" Harry said

"Oh" I simply said, not really wanting to think about that.

Harry must've sensed because he quickly offered me some breakfast.

"Please" I grinned. To which he reacted with handing me a plate filled with pancakes and bacon.

"You want some too Blaine?" Harry asked

"Yes please" Blaine smiled politely. This boy was getting more human every time I see him!

"Don't worry Niall, I'll take care of it. All I need is the location." Blaine said, before grabbing my head.

I felt a prying uncomfortable feeling in my mind and knew that it was Blaine, so I didn't resist, like Blaine taught us to do when we felt this.

After a couple of seconds and some unwanted flashbacks to yesterday he left my mind again and nodded to himself, as if confirming the information.

We silently ate our breakfast, which was delicious might I add.

"This is really good" I exclaimed with a mouthful

"That's nice Niall but please swallow before you speak" Harry chuckled

"Sorry" I sheepishly grinned, purposely showing more food.

"Well" Blaine said, sliding his empty plate across the table, "I'm gonna get Susan to take care of your back Niall, Then I'll be fixing your little problem for a while and in an hour I want all of you here so we can start your weapon training."

We nodded and Blaine was gone

Suddenly a thought occurred to me 

It's probably best to come out to my mom soon.

Suddenly Harry started chuckling

"What's funny?" I asked

"Oh nothing, just remembering a funny joke" Harry said, quickly stopping.

"Okay...." I say, not entirely convinced.

"Say Harry?" I asked

"Yes Niall" Harry said with a smug smirk on his face.

"Do you think I should come out to my mother?"

"If you think you're okay with telling her, then you should" 

"But I don't know if I'm okay with telling her! What if she hates me!"

"Trust me" Harry grinned, "I have a feeling she wouldn't hate you"
