Clara's pov:

Run!

Is all my feet were telling me, run away from your fears, run from the past, run from the future. Our time has come to bring among a new era of werewolves, people, vampires and other magical creatures.  I know that what I'm about to do would be the end of my path towards the throne, but if it means peace in the end then heck I'll do it a thousand times more.

I sprinted through the trees as I could smell the faint stench of rouges, they were chasing me.  My feet moved swiftly as I followed the wind north, I've been running for days now, no stops but now I can feel it wearing me down.  I need a safe place, a sanctuary.

"Ben was your sanctuary..."

"No he wasn't Claire!"

(Claire's the voice in her head, comes with being a shape shifter sorry I didn't mention it earlier...)

"You keep telling yourself that, accept the truth! YOU LIKE HIM! Admit it at once!!"

"I do not!! Ok well maybe a lil, that kiss kinda grew on me and I feel some sort of connection but he's a wolf, they have their own mates.  With becoming a shapeshifter I had given up that right remember!"

"You're his mate, I can feel the bond.  But once you do what you're about to do the bond will be weakened to the point where one small touch will break it."

I was too lost in my thoughts to notice a Rouge lunging through the trees knocking me off my feet and onto the cold dirt.  He snarled at me and lashed his razor sharp teeth in my face.  I let out a grunt as I kicked the wolf off my body.  I quickly got up into my defence stance with my dagger that I kept in my boot ready to fight.  I watched his moves as he paced back and forth as he stalked me as his prey.  A weak goat to a lion.  I followed him with my eyes, waiting for him to make the first move because everyone knows to never make the first move!

He lunged and I swiftly landed a round house kick on his jaw.  He stumbled a bit, shocked with my sudden movements.  As he regained his composure he lunged again, his hind legs blasted off the solid earth as all I could see were his blood red eyes, thirsty for vengeance.  My feet dug into the ground as my hand with the dagger came back, waiting for the perfect moment to kill.  My hand clapped on the wolfs neck as I held him in a firm tight grip off the ground.  He thrashed around trying to break free from my iron grip.  I looked into his eyes as he mine.

"I'm going to end your misery.." I silent whispered as my dagger plunged into the flesh of his heart.  Killing him instantly.  Freeing his soul so he can roam free.  No one should be punished for what they are, but once you kill them, they're free to go with the moon to a better life.  Worth more than being a Rouge. The wolfs body immediately turned to ash as it crumbled back onto the ground.  Once you're killed by a shapeshifter you are one with the earth.

I placed my hand on the pile of ashes as it flowed, a beautiful rose emerged from the ashes starting to bloom.  No one deserves to die without a proper burial.  My feet kept going soon after as the stench became stronger.  I could hear them in the distance, paws gripping onto all the soil they can muster and lunging forward to increase speed.  Smoke of breaths coming out of their nostrils and eyes as red as blood only looking to see their enemies dead.  Right now, I'm their enemy.

The forest flew by as I ducked and jumped over fallen trees, ahead I could see a clearing, I was heading west.  The ground has small specks of white as I sprinted towards the clearing,  the rouges were close, the clearing was massive, trees lining everywhere that the eye could see.  But at the end was a cliff, water crashed against the stones below.  My feet came to a halt as I approached the edge, losing my balance almost plummeting towards my death.

I placed my dagger back in the slit in my boot as I got my bow out. Drew an arrow and waited for the rest of them.  The sound of snarling increased as hundreds of wolves emerged from the tree line at the beginning of the clearing.  I aimed and fired arrow after arrow as most of the Wolves began to fall, dead.  I started to sprint towards the crowd as I focused on my attacks.  I drew out my dagger again and pressed the handle firmly in my palm.

Who needs claws when you have this baby.  I stabbed the first wolf I saw and with the force of my speed the kill was instant.  Fight after fight, kill after kill, slash after slash.  Needless to say I was in the lead.  As I was wrestling off the next wolf, in the corner of my eye I could see a white wolf attacking the rouges saving my ass.  I threw the Rouge fighting me into a tree snapping it's spine in half, paralyzing it.  Both my gaze and the white wolfs, I nodded in appreciation as I could see a pack of hundreds of wolves charging into battle.  I could immediately see the royal seal on some of the wolves along with Ben and his pack.  How did they know I was here.

I had locked eyes with bens, his eyes were full of worry but soon relief in seeing mine.  He sprinted towards me as out of nowhere a wolf attacked his side knocking him off his feet.  He continued to battle the wolf, soon getting a firm grip on its neck and snapping it.  We were now even in our numbers as waves after waves of rouges kept emerging from the trees.  This is the war.  It all ends here. It all ends now.  I kept killing with each kill turning into ash, I was busy holding off one of them when another slashed his claws on my back.  I yelped as the Rouge venom seeped into my skin, burning through my flesh.  Rage overcame my features as I shifted into a vicious hungry bear.  My paw came whipping around beheading the wolf who dared to touch me.  I immediately killed the one I was holding off by snapping his neck.  No one touches me. EVER!

I was mad, killing every Rouge in sight as the king of the rouges emerged standing over the dead bodies with a look of disgust in his eyes.  He took a deep breath and then bellowed with his voice of authority.

"ENOUGH!!!!"
