"What's today's schedule Dom?" I got out of the bathroom seeing Daniel standing inside the office. "Man I got a appointment to get this pack. Any clients coming?" Daniel ruffled through the papers and then found one. "Yeah . One at 10:30. What time is your other appointment?" I looked at my calender and checked the time. "Its at 1." "Alright this should be good then."
I walked out the office and headed downstairs to my room. I'm not your average black browned skinned guy who gets everything he wants because of his looks. I have a dark side. A side that no one, not even my own mother knows. Names Dominic Murdoch. Twenty-six. No kids. And currently single. I look like I didn't have a bad past. Actually, I did. At the age of 19 I Iost my mother due to a drive by. My mother was my heart and soul. She truly cared for me. Unlike my father, he never did.
After my mother died I was kicked out. Barley making it on my own. I was in college for a football scholarship. My only choice was to live on campus. So I chose that. After I graduated with a degree in law I started to do a simple lousy job. Working as a secretary for a construction company . It wasn't what I wanted but I had to make do. All of a sudden one day, I was called up by my boss. My boss was thirty. He hired me on the spot. "Hey there son. I got a special job for you." I looked down at the package. I knew what it was. Cocaine. "Take this to this address. And you will get a pay raise." I did what he said and took it to him. As I entered the house there was many people. Many females in skimpy outfit and the men giving them ones. So many of them was smoking weed I knew what it smelled like easily. As I approached the man he looked at me. "Boy you must be a footballer? You got nice muscle buildup. Making a run for Jerry huh?" I nodded him yes. "Alright then. My package please." I then gave him the package. As soon as I gave him the package the doors busted opened. "POLICE EVERYONE GET ON THE FLOOR!" I was scared. But that taught me to be tough. Then all of a sudden someone grabbed me. "Aye son you need to get out of here. This place is too dangerous. You don't need to be on this route anyway." The police let me go. When I got back to the office I saw a note. It was from my boss.
" Dominic,
Your boss here, I need you to take over. That package I sent was a task for you. I want you to take over my business. Drug dealing. It ain't easy I can tell you that. I had to leave this city. Better yet this state. The package sent to Ron was to get him caught. If he finds out what I've done I will be dead by the time he gets convicted. Its in your hands now. Don't let no one know. Only you and Daniel. I left my information with him. You know where to find me.
Sincerely, Jerry.
And from that day forth me and Daniel were best friends. And from that day I was a drug dealer. When I entered the room I laid on my bed. I looked at the mirror that was on the ceiling. I looked at myself. I thought about all the times I've been through. I looked at my body. Working out help me build up some nice muscles. I thought about the time I almost gotten shot. A drug deal that almost went bad. Blessed to be alive. I went to the closet and changed into my suit. After that I headed downstairs.
"I'm here for my appointment." I stopped in my tracks. Never have I heard a female requesting a package. "Sure ma'am this way." I sat in my office. My eyes were looking down at the papers. First time in seven years I ever had a female customer. "Mr. Murdoch, Mrs. Dillard is here." I still looked down. "Bring her in." I heard her clicking heels as she walked in. After looked down for about five minutes I looked up. My eyes widen. She looked like a complete hooker. Her dress was so short till the point it was called a shirt. To her extent she even wore a blazer. Like that will help her look better. I looked up to her face. She was beautiful. Her hair was on point. He body shape was perfect. It was just the way she dressed. "Good morning Mr.Murdoch. I'm Jelissa." I stood up and gave her a handshake. "Good morning. You may have a seat. I have your order right in the back. I will tell my assistant Daniel to get it." She gave me a sly smirk. "Ok. How you been?" I looked at her weirdly. I noticed the ring on her finger. This chick is married. "I've been good." It started to get awkwardly quiet. As I turned to my computer , all of a sudden she got up. "Well I've been waiting for this moment." She soon took off her blazer. As she took it off, she walked over to my side. I then got up fast. Ain't no way in hell I'm having sex with a married woman. "Awe. Mr. Murdoch is afraid of a woman. Aw don't be scared." I looked at her.Lust filled her eyes. Obviously she was craving for me. Badly. "I'm sorry but your married." She looked at me and walked back. "I will take my package now." I knew she was angry. Angry that she wasn't going to sleep with me. "Took me a minute to find it but here it is." I grabbed the package. "This premium package is $120. Do you want it or not?" She looked at me. "I will take it. I will let my husband know. If he ever comes home." I gave her a frown. I never known that her husband left. I just turned her down and off. She got her things and then left. While walking out the door she turned around. "Thank you for your business." After she said that she left.
