Hey you guys. Now I know that that I haven't updated this book since 2016. It is now 2018 and I'm finally back here on Wattpad. I want to explain to you guys on why I was absent for over a year.
1. Life changes and school.
So, I've haven't updated JBD since the summer of 2016. I was a fresh graduate of high school and MANY things started to change. Summer job, getting ready to leave for college, and even starting college itself all has been a big bag to carry. Once I started my freshman year, writing in my spare time was hard due to the fact I was always on campus doing something or trying to study my ass off. If you're a fellow college student yourself, you most definitely understand. Soon as my freshman year was over, I went back to the same job I had and plus had to find an apartment for my sophomore year.
2. Writers Block
This was very hard for me to admit. Writers block kicked in so hard. The book's plot was pretty thought out; yet the chapters just didn't seem well put together. Plus, being that I barely knew any legal terminology it made it even harder to write. Now that I'm a criminal justice major I have a MUCH better understanding and most definitely need to change a few things around. Writers block is normal. So I didn't feel bad about it as much.
3. Being So Damn Busy And Falling Into a Pit
As my first year as a freshman went on, I noticed some key factors that were hectic in my life:
1. My friend circle- fake friends.
2. Partying too much- started becoming a person I knew wasn't for me.
3. Working half ass in class- My grades wasn't the best and made it worst was partying.
Things started to get after the first year. But as far as writing it became hard to continue.
These are my main reasons on why I haven't been on Wattpad for a while. As you know I thank you guys for the support and I'm going to try my best to update this book. I also have friends who reads JBD and TRUST ME, they'll bug the hell out of me. I will be deleting the Often Snippet as I will not take interest in writing a book where the plot doesn't seem interesting. But, I do want to write something new, alongside that with JBD.
BUT, Chapter 12 won't be out for like another week or so (due to the fact I have tests coming up and have to study.). I thank y'all so much for being patient with me.
