"Ma'am, Sir juice po." Nabasag ang awkward silence ng magsalita ang isa sa mga maid niya. And when I looked at her, wow! She looks young and pretty. I never thought that Mark would have a maid like this pretty.
"Just put it here." Aniya Mark. Nilapag ito ng maid sa lamesa at nag-bow siya then she left.
"She looks young." I said at kinuha ang orange juice. Ininom ko na din ito. Hmm... it tastes like a natural orange juice.
"Yeah. She's 17." Kung 17 pa lang siya, hindi ba dapat ay nag-aaral siya?
"But don't worry she's studying. Nagtratabaho lang siya as a maid para may pambayad siya sa mga bayarin sa school niya." Ah... kaya naman pala. Teka nga? Ba't na namin pinaguusapan yung katulong niya? We should be talking about... us, I guess?
Tumikhim ako at nagsalita, "You told me were childhood friends right?" Tumango siya, "So how did we met?" Ngumiti na naman siya. Ang hilig niyang ngumiti eh no?
"Okay, I will tell you. This is how it goes."
Flashback
"Mama, I want to play." Sabi ng batang si Mark habang sinusuklayan siya ng Mama niya. He's 6 years old that time.
"But you just took a bath." He's mother said.
"Saglit lang naman Mama eh." The little Mark pouted with matching puppy eyes to please his Mama.
