Well this will be my first story ever on Wattpad and I'm still in the process of typing it but here is the first chapter. I hope you like it. And it may take a couple of weeks for me to upload the next chapter but I will try to update it as much as I can.

 Chapter 1: Birthday Surprise

It was like any other afternoon for Barry. He was outside he was zooming through the air on his broomstick. His best friends were on either side of him. On his left was Ginny, an extremely pretty girl, had a delicate stature with a feminine physique, red hair that wore like a mane, and muddy brown eyes. Like Barry she was also eleven years old.

On Barry's right side was his other best friend, Alec Ginny's twin brother. Alec had fiery red hair, his whole family had red hair, had blue eyes and was tall and lanky for his age. Alec was Barry's true best friend and Ginny was a really close and good friend of his. After a few minutes all three of them landed in front of the Labyrinth, the home of Walter's.

Mrs. Walter, Alec and Ginny's mum, was standing outside waiting for them. She was short, plump, had red hair, and kindly-looking. She had a smile on her face and a roll of parchment in her right hand. All three children hugged her before setting down their brooms.

“This letter is from your parents, Barry,” Mrs. Walter said. “They said they were called into work again, so you going to be staying with up tonight again.”

A smile made its way on Barry's face. He spend almost all of his time her at the Labyrinth except for when he was back at his parents manor with his cousin Nymphadara, who goes by her surname Tonks.

Barry had muddy brown eyes, which was a trait he inherited from his mothers side, was small and skinny, and had had a mixture of red and brown hair which people usually described as reddish brown.

“It seems like they're always at work,” Barry said as he looked at the letter in Mrs. Walter's hand. “Did they say anything about-” he started to ask before a sound of breaking glass inside the Labyrinth cut across him.

That had answered Barry's question. He knew Tonks was inside the house now.

“Yes dear, Tonks is inside as you just heard,” Mrs. Walter said as Ginny hurried inside to greet her. “Lunch will be ready in an hours time if you boys don’t mind waiting.”

“Another hour?” Alec asked as in disbelief.

“It's okay were fine,” Barry said thumping Alec on the back of the head. Mrs. Walter smiled at Barry and then walked inside. Barry laughed to himself as he and Alec headed inside too.

Aside from his parents, Barry had no family but his cousin Tonks. And to be honest he spent almost all of his time with the Walter's and Tonks instead of his parents. Pretty much since he was born he's been raised by the Walter's because of his parents and they’re job.

Barry's parents, and cousin Tonks, were Auror's, Dark wizard catches in the wizardry world. Of course his cousin wasn’t as busy as his parents, but she was skilled at her job. Barry didn’t feel at home when we was with his family. He considered the Walter's his family.

There was eight of them all together, Alec and Ginny, Sam and Tim who were also twin like Alec and Ginny, who were a mere two years older then them, Jeremy, the Walter's second oldest son, and then Bill who was the oldest. All together with the six kids and Mr. and Mrs. Walter there was eight of them.

They were the real family to Barry, after all he had grown up around then all. Barry and Alec walked inside the Labyrinth and there in the middle of the living room was Mrs. Walter, Ginny and Tonks.

Tonks had a pale heart-shaped, was rather average-looking young women who exuded aura of hipness. She had the same muddy brown eyes as Barry and bubblegum pink. The pink hair wasn’t natural, it came from her ability as an Anamorphousis which allowed her to change her appearance at will.

“Happy Birthday Barry,” She said, holding a big box in her hands.
