Chapter 19: The Graves

Barry was glad that the end of term feast was almost over. Tomorrow he would be on the Zarcurus Express going home. To Barry it seemed like the feast went on forever, but he he was the first one out of the Great Hall and into his dormitory. Before any of his friends had come into the dormitory Barry was asleep soundlessly.

When Barry stepped off the Zarcurus Express he spotted Mr. and Mrs. Walter, John, Amy, Tonks, Bill and Jeremy. He ran to them with Alec and Ginny at their sides. He was glad that summer had finally come.

“Barry we have something to take care of,” Romulus said. Before Barry could ask what it was Romulus grabbed Barry's arm and they Disapparated. As they appeared Barry looked around the area trying to see what they were doing there. After he spotted the cemetery he knew what was happening then.

Romulus must have brought Barry here so that he could see his parents grave. They didn't say anything as Romulus led the way to the graves. When they got there Barry saw his parents graves, or rather grave. They had been buried together.

The headstone read, their date of birth, date of death, and their names. Barry touched the grave and feel a surge of sadness come over him. To him, the deaths didn't feel until now. The grave told Barry that his parents really had died.

Barry looked down at the grave for what seemed like hours, before Romulus put a hand on his shoulder. “I know how you must feel Barry,” he said.

Barry didn't say anything, just kept staring at the grave. When it seemed like hours had passed Romulus smoke again. “Barry we should really be getting you home now,” he said. “Lets find a hidden place to Apparate back home.” Barry nodded his head and they started walking away.

Just when they were getting close the gate of the cemetery, Barry heard a swishing noise and turned his head. He hadn't expected to see anyone but he did. Standing by his parents grave was a woman in dark cloaks.

She removed them off of her head and looked down at the grave. She was a tall woman with long, thick, shining dark hair. She had thin lips, dark hair long eyelashes, heavy-lidded eyes, and a strong jaw. Barry couldn't see her eyes, but it didn't make a difference. He didn't know who she was and he just looked at her.

Romulus turned and looked at what Barry was staring at. Shock of no other crossed Romulus' face as he saw the woman. As if on cue, as Romulus grabbed Barry's arm, the woman turned and saw them. As as she took out her wand and fired two curses at them, they Disapparated.

Well here it is, the last chapter. I know by the way it sounds like I have a series planned for it, but I'm not really sure. The story didn't get as many reads as I thought it would, but it anyone would want a series to it let me know. And I know the story must be boring because its pretty much like the Harry Potter series. I just though I would give it a chance to try and write a fanfiction. Well I hope whoever read my story liked it.
