I'm standing in my kitchen wondering where the hell Jordan was, when I hear the door nob turning. The door swings open and my boyfriend of 5 years walks in, we're both 18.
Me: Where the hell were you?
Jordan: Out.
Me: Jordan you have two fucking seconds to tell me. It's not normal for you to be out at 3 a.m!
He shoots me a glance.
Jordan: I was out at a party. Okay? I know you hate when I party, Halee. But Danny kept pressuring me. Baby I swear I didn't do anything stupid.
he grabs my hand. I pull away quickly.

Jordan: You just have to trust me, Hay. I'm not like any of your ex's. I'm gonna take a quick shower. I love you.
Then he kisses me and walks upstairs.
As Jordan is upstairs taking a shower his phone is vibrating like crazy. I pick it up to see who it is. " Mm. I had fun tonight. 😉😍 That's the best I've ever had. " a text said under the name 'Alexis'. My heart sinks and I drop his phone and fall to my knees sobbing. That's when Jordan walks downstairs.
Jordan: BABY! What's wrong? Babe?
he sits beside me and puts his arms around me.
Me: W-wh-why?
I sob.
Jordan: What are you talking about?
He asks concerned.
Me: Wh.. who's Alexis?
I tremble. His face goes white.
Me: Who the fuck is she Jordan? And were you actually at a party?
Jordan: A girl. And no...
Me: No shit Sherlock. How long have you been seeing her? And how many times have you fucked her?
I shake.
Jordan: A month... and once.. which was tonight..
he says with guilt in his voice.
Me: Well I hope you two are happy together. Because we're done.
I throw my promise ring at him while bawling.
Jordan: No you can't leave! You're my whole world. I'm going to be so lost without you! I hate myself. I'm such an idiot.
He starts crying and wraps his arms around me. I push him off.
Me: I can't believe you Jordan! You promised you're not like Jacob. How could you do this to me?! You know how much I love you. AND I'M CARRYING YOUR BABY!
Jordan: W... Wait. What?"
Me:Yes Jordan, I'm pregnant. Now do me a favor and get away from me." I go upstairs to pack my clothes. He just watches me with hurt in his eyes as his heart shatters.
I drive to my sister Allyssa's house. She's my age and engaged to Donnie. I open the door and carry my stuff in.
Me: Can I stay here for awhile Ally?
Ally: Well duh. But what happened?
Me: Jordan has been cheating on me for a month..
Then Donnie walks in,
Donnie: I'll beat that boys ass! If you think I'm playing you're wrong. I know he's my best friend but he needs a good talking to. I swear I'm going to kill him for hurting my future sister in law.
Ally: Calm down Don. It's okay.
Me: I'm going to unpack and go to bed. By the way I'm pregnant and it's Jordan's.
Ally: Okay we love you. We will support you.
I go to the guest bedroom and unpack. Just then my phone rings and it's my best friend Joey McIntyre. I answer it.
Me: Hello?
Joe: Haybug, Donnie told me what happened and I'm on my way over with movies and a surprise.
Me: Thank you Joe...
I start crying and hiccuping
Me: I love him so much. Why would he do this?
Joe: I don't know Hay.. I really don't. We will talk more when I get there. Keep your pretty head up.
He hangs up and I smile slightly.
The door to the bedroom opens and it's Joe.
Joe: Hey pretty girl, are you ready to watch Hotel Transylvania? I know it's your favorite movie. Also this is for you.
He hands me a bag of gummy bears.
Me: Thank you Joe.. but you didn't have to get me these..
Joe: I know. But I hate seeing you hurt.
He puts in the movie. We both laugh our butts off. Three hours pass by.
Me: I appreciate this.
Joe: It's no problem. But I'll go so you can get your rest.
Me: No.. please stay..
Joe: Anything for you. Where do you want me to sleep?
Me: ..... Beside me.....
Joe: Alright. Just let me see if Donnie has shorts I can wear.
He goes to grab shorts and comes back wearing them. He's also shirtless.
Joe: I hope you don't mind. But I have to sleep like this.
He laughs.
Me: It's fine.
I giggle. And he slips under the covers beside me.
Joe: Are you cold? You're shivering.
Me: A little bit...
He wraps his arms around me and I'm instantly warm. I couldn't help it, I lean up and kiss him. He's shocked but then kisses back.
Joe: What about J..
I cut him off before he can finish the name.
Me: He's garbage. I never want to see him again... But.. I have to tell you something.. I'm pregnant and it's his.
Joe: I'll support you through it all babe.
He rubs my back and kisses my forehead.
Me: Babe?
Joe: I called you that because you've always been my babe. Even if you didn't know it. The truth is I've always loved you.
Me: Joseph... I..
My phone vibrates. I pick it up and read.

I start sobbing and shaking. Joey rubs small circles on my back.
Joe: Shh. Just ignore him. You don't need this Hay.

Me: I know this will be wrong since I just left Jordan. But... Can we try?
Joe: Are you saying you want to be mine?
Me: Yeah.
He kisses me. I kiss back.
