I feel someone trying to wake me up.
Jordan: Baby you're going to be late for work.
Me: I don't care. I've been up all night.
Jordan: I know baby. The due date is in a couple months.
I get up to go get ready for work. I work at Rue 21. I put on black leggings, a black tank top, one of Jordan's nike hoodies since I'm huge, socks, and converse. I straighten my hair and put on makeup.
Jordan: Is that my hoodie?
Me: Yep. It fits perfectly.
Jordan: As long as it's comfy.
I kiss him bye and he kisses my stomach.
I arrive at work and waddle to the register. A little girl and her mom walks up.
Little girl: Are you pregnant?
The mom: Emma that's rude.
Me: Actually, I am.
I smile.
Girl: Boy or girl?
Me: Two girls.
Girl: Two?! Is there a daddy? Cause I don't have one.
Mom: Emma.
Me: She's fine. In fact there is a daddy.
I show her a picture of Jordan.
Girl: He's cute.
Mom: I knew I recognized you! I'm a huge fan of NKOTB!
She smiles.
After a long exhausting day at work I come home to Jordan watching SpongeBob with the kids. He looks more interested than them.
Me: I'm home.
Maddie comes running up and hugs me.
Carson giggles and walks over to me with his arms open wide. I pick him up and go sit by Jordan.
Jordan: How was work?
Me: My back hurts. It's hard carrying two kids at the same time.
Jordan starts rubbing my back.
Jordan: What do you want for dinner?
I put Carson down.
Me: Lasagna.
Jordan: My favorite!
He runs to the kitchen to make it. The kids are playing on the floor, Lola is sleeping in the chair. I lay on the couch and fall asleep.
Jordan: Wake up. Dinner is ready.
I wake up and head to the table. Carson is in his highchair and Maddie is sitting on her booster seat.
Me: It looks amazing.
My stomach growls.
I put some on my plate with some salad and a bread stick. I basically inhale it.
After we're finished eating it's 8:30.
Me: Maddie it's time for bed. Let's put on your pajamas and brush your teeth.
We go upstairs and I put her in princess pajamas. I help her brush her teeth and tuck her in.
Jordan already has Carson in his room with pajamas on him. I kiss Carson goodnight.
Jordan and I head downstairs.
Me: I want to rent a movie.
Jordan: What movie?
Me: A horror movie.
We rent one and lay down cuddling on the couch. I end up falling asleep in the middle of it.
Jordan: Let's go to sleep babe.
We head upstairs and I take my pants off, put on Jordan's Nirvana shirt, and brush my teeth. Jordan takes his shirt and pants off then brushes his teeth.
Jordan: Night. I love you.
He kisses me and my stomach.
Me: I love you too.
He falls asleep with his hand on my stomach and one arm wrapped around me. I happily fall asleep in his arms.
