"Max look, I'll throw it away" I said pulling out Joe's number. "No, you don't have to" he replied. I walked to the trash and threw it away. I walked back and grabbed his hand. "Better" I asked. He smiled and kissed me. "I don't know what I'd do without you" he said. "Right back at Ya" I replied.

Two weeks later it was the day before we all go home and I'm so exhausted. Max and I have stayed up all night like 4 times. "Kids you guys should go out and do some things since we are leaving tomorrow. Also I have something to tell you" Julie said. I waited for a moment. "I'm so sorry I didn't ever want to do this to you guys but, unfortunately we will be moving to Florida." When she said this, my heart broke. "What why" max asked. He was upset too. Harvey is my best friend and max is my boyfriend, I can't lose them. "My work offered me an amazing position and I can't pass it up" she replied. This can't be happening. I looked at Max, I was on the verge of tears. Max got up and hugged me. "Julie please don't take the offer" I said letting a tear fall on my cheek. Max wiped it away. "I'm so sorry" she said. My aunt lives in Orlando Florida but I doubt she or my mom would ever allow that. "I think I need some time away right now" I said pushing Max away and walking out. I walked down the street out to the lake. I took my shoes off and let the sand cover my feet. I sat down just in front of the water line. I let my thoughts overcome me. I was thinking for a while, then I saw Max sit down next to me. "Believe me, I'm just as upset as you, maybe even a little more." He said. Well you are sure showing it. "Doesn't your aunt Mapis live in Orlando" he asked. "Yeah but I doubt she'd ever let me live with her" I said. "We should try though, I can't lose you" he said. I sighed. Then I texted my aunt
Me- hey mapis so my boyfriend is moving to Orlando Florida and we'll I know this may seem so crazy and big to ask but would it be completely bad if I lived with you
Mapis- honey I've always wanted a kid around. But I'm not sure what your mother would say, I mean that's quite big
Me-I can ask
Mapis- I'll talk to her real quick
Me-thank you!
"Max she's going to ask my mom!" I shouted. "That's great" he replied. Then I felt sad again. "Max I'm sorry could you just uh go back please" I asked. He looked down "sure" he said before getting up and leaving. Minutes later mapis finally texted me back.
Mapis- she said yes
Me- yay!
Mapis- I'll come get you when I can
Me- okay
I put my phone in my pocket and stood up. I walked to the house and went to find Harvey. "Jules where is Harvey" I asked. "Oh he's just gone to town. Maybe you can catch up with him" she said. I thanked her and ran out. I speed walked down the street until I reached town. I walked into the only store we knew and found Harvey. He had his back facing me so I turned him around. "Hey har-" I stopped. I lifted his chin to reveal the huge bruise on his cheek. "What happened Harvey" I asked. "It's nothing" he said. "Harvey kitt mills what the heck happened to you" I said with more severity in my voice. "It was a boy. He knew I'd been with you and he was really upset" he said. Joe! "Was it Joe" I asked. He hesitated but nodded. He turned away but I turned his head back so he was facing me. I kissed his cheek and took him by the hand. On our way out I saw Joe so I hit him as hard as I could in the face and walked out. "Thank you" Harvey said as we walked. "Your welcome." I replied. When we finally got back to the house I reached for the doorknob and Harvey stopped me. "My mom can't see this" he said. I nodded and we walked in. I saw Julie in the kitchen so I quickly pushed Harvey so she wouldn't see him. "Go upstairs and wait for me" I whispered. He nodded and ran upstairs. "Lanni" Julie called in a questioning tone. "Oh hey Jules I'm just going to go to the bathroom really quick" I said. I ran upstairs to my room and saw Harvey on my bed. His face was now bleeding. I grabbed his hand and pulled him into the bathroom. I grabbed a wet cloth and put it against his face. He winced at it and then finally adjusted. "I'm so sorry" I said. "No it's not your fault" he said. I grabbed a bandage and put it on his face. "Alright Harvey, let's go" I said grabbing his hand. We walked down into the kitchen where Max and Julie were. "Oh dear what happened" Julie asked. Harvey went to speak but I put my hand against his stomach under the table so he wouldn't speak. "He was walking behind me out of the room and I accidentally hit him with the door. It started to bleed so I put a bandage on it." I said. "We'll thank goodness you weren't hurt any worse" she said smiling. I smiled at Harvey and walked over to max. "In a week we'll be in Orlando" he said. I smiled.
