"you guys wanna go to a costume party tonight?" ian asked joining max and joji on the couch.

"what would we wear?" joji asked excitedly.

"i was thinking we could use the mario and luigi costumes." ian inquired.

"hey, what about me?" max whined.

"shit dude, you're on your own." ian shrugged.

"what are you guys talking about?" ava butted in, plopping down on the couch across from them.

"we're going to a costume party tonight, you in?" ian asked, raising an eyebrow.

"ava, match costumes with me." max pleaded.

"sorry max, i already have an idea. you'd make a kick ass ash though." ava smiled.

"what's your idea?" joji questioned.

"you'll see soon enough." ava spoke slyly, returning to her room.

ava rummaged through her closet finding the biggest flannel she owned.

as she buttoned up the flannel that met right below her butt, she spotted a pair of thigh high socks on her vanity.

admiring herself in the mirror she realized it's freezing outside, but a hoe never gets cold.

"you almost ready?" joji asked from the other side of the door.

"yeah, i'll meet you downstairs." ava replied, finishing her look.

"hey what's up guys? it's scarce here." ava spoke seductively, walking around the corner.

"you did not." max laughed.

"that's cancer." ian joked.

"i think it's cute." ava replied, unbothered.

joji remained silent.

"where are your mustaches? i'll go look for something to make one." ava rambled, changing the subject.

max watched ava closely as she turned around and ran back up to her room.

"damn." max whispered under his breath, biting his bottom lip.

"watch it, cunt." joji spat, slapping max on the back of the head.

"i got some eyeliner, it should do the trick." ava smiled as she approached joji.

ava hopped up on the counter for a better position.

pulling joji closer ava spoke up "what's wrong?" she questioned, furrowing her eyebrows.

"it's nothing." joji shrugged it off.

"talk to me." ava smiled weakly, pulling joji closer.

"max was just being an asshole." joji sighed, placing his arms around ava's waist.

"he's always an asshole, don't worry about it." ava reassured him with a kiss.

"now, let's get started on this mustache." ava spoke, concentrating on making both sides equal.
