"holy shit, my head is pounding." joji complained, climbing out of ava's bed.
"there's advil on the nightstand." ava yawned.
"i think my head is going to explode." joji continued to whine.
"if you keep complaining i'm going to jump out of the window." ava huffed, pulling a pillow on top of her face.
"welllllll..." joji joked.
'i'm gonna go look for some food." joji said before pecking ava on the lips and heading downstairs.

"can you pass me the cocoa puffs?" joji asked ian.
"you don't want the uptown puffs?" ian stifled a laugh, raising an eyebrow.
"it's too early for this, man." joji stifled a laugh as well.
"did i hear uptown puffs?" ava chimed in joining the meme boys in the kitchen.
"unfortunately." joji mumbled, taking a bite of his cereal.
"i want you both dead." ava said searching through the fridge.
"me too." joji and ian spoke simultaneously.

"i'm gonna miss you." ava frowned laying her head on joji's lap.
"it's only for a few days." joji whispered.
"i know, but who's gonna laugh at old people with me?" ava sighed.
joji laughed quietly and continued to play with ava's hair.
"lets go for a walk." joji spoke up.

"it's so nice out today." ava smiled as she walked side by side with joji in the park.
"hey, can you hold this?" joji asked holding his hand out.
"sure." ava replied putting her hand under his.
"cool." he smiled, intertwining their hands.
"did you really just do that?" ava chuckled.
"indeed." joji replied bringing her hand to his lips, kissing it softly.
"wanna know something?" joji asked looking down at ava.
"yeah." ava said nodding.
"i sort of feel like i'm on drugs when i'm with you."
"did you just quote scott pilgrim vs. the world?" ava stifled a laugh.
a genuine smile grew on ava's face.
"so cheesy. you're lucky you're cute." ava laughed, shaking her head.
"no, this is cheesy." joji said picking ava up spinning her around, leaving kisses all over her face.
"you're right, that was cheesy." ava joked, fixing her now messed up hair.
"so, what are we doing tonight?" joji asked ask they arrived back to ava's house.
"max is having a party tonight, but you have to wake up early for your flight." ava pouted.
"i just won't drink." joji stated.
"oh, you won't drink? huh." ava tested.
"i won't drink." joji responded confidently.
"okay, we'll see about that." ava said sarcastically.
