Part 14

*Jason's pov.*

»This was weird«, Kail says as we walk in the huge house.

Many people are standing in front of some long stairs drinking and talking. As I turn to the right I see another room with a bar and to my left I catch sight of a small white couch. 

»What is this even for a party?«, I wonder,»Where is the music and where are the hot girls at?«

Slowly I scam the room and see the whole crowd only drinking champagne. Only a barkeeper is to be seen at the bar and there's no music.

»Maybe it's just a foreplay«, Kail replies.

»What the heck is a foreplay? If you invite someone to a party then there should be a party not a family reunion or whatever this is gonna be«, I state and walk to the fluffy couch.

We both take a seat and watch all the people laughing and I soon notice that this is definitely the wrong party for me. Suddenly the lights turn off. Just some candles light up the house.

»Good evening, ladies and gentlemen«, I hear a feminine voice say and catch sight of Y/FN walking down the big steps in her glittery silver dress.

»It's getting interesting«, Kail tells me.

»I am very glad almost all were able to come here and celebrate my welcome home party«, she continues.

Only then I see someone enter the house and look at the door. I widen my eyes as I catch sight of Y/n in front of me. Slowly I examine her. She wears a red dress which only reaches her knees and her hair is curled. With some white All Stars and a black leather jacket she completes her outfit and now I stare at her gorgeous face. 

»Most of you know me already but for the ones who don't, they will get to know me tonight«, I hear Y/FN's voice in the background say,»Now let the party begin!«

Everyone starts to cheer and Y/n notices me as she looks around the room. Some seconds we only stare at each other as suddenly Y/FN embraces her in a tight hug.

»Wait«, Kail starts to say and wakes me up from my trance,»Isn't that the girl who got kidnapped?«

»Her name is Y/n«, I tell him still examining her.

She looks so different today, much more mature and...sexy. 

»Do you...I mean are you to-«

»No«, I instantly respond and look at him. 

Kail immediately starts to smirk and I shake my head. 

»Are you sure?«, he asks and looks in Y/n's direction,»Because she's staring at you the whole time.«

For a short moment I turn to face her again but she quickly looks away. I grin lightly staring at the ground.

»Is Jason McCann blushing right now?«, Kail wonders and I feel the playful smile on his face. 

»I am not blushing, asshole«, I reply and he begins to laugh.

A silence follows and we both stare at Y/n walking to the bar...alone. 

»You should talk to her«

»What? No way«, I tell him.

»Come on! She's hot and alone at the bar«, he shouts over the loud music which just started to play.

I take a deep breath before I get up and look at Kail.

»I will go but only because I want to know more information about her family«, I say and he frowns.

»Why about her family?«

»Because my parents told me they knew them and they also know that her family should be dead«, I explain and Kail gulps down hard.

»Wow, that's exciting«, he says totally hyped and I roll my eyes,»Now go!«

Not really sure of what to do I just walk over to the bar. I feel my hands sweat a bit and quickly brush them on my jeans.

Chill Jason, I tell myself. She's just a girl.

»Hey«, I greet her as I take a seat beside her at the bar.

»Oh, hey«, Y/n replies turning around to face me.

First I literally lost my voice as I catch sight of her glossy pink plump lips trying not to look at her cleavage but soon after I control myself again and look in her sparkling eyes.

»So, what are you doing here?«, I ask her casually.

»I could ask you the same question«, she responds and I chuckle lightly.

»I got invited and needed a bit of a party«, I say watching her take a sip from her drink.

Y/n makes a weird face as she gulps down the sour liquor and I laugh slightly.

»Well I am here because Y/FN is my best friend and we didn't see each other for seven years«, she tells me and I frown.

»Seven years?«

»Yes, she went abroad with her family for some years but now she's back«, Y/N explains.

I nod understanding and look down at her amazing dress.

She really looks hot in it, I think to myself. 

»Can I tell you how stunning you look in this dress?«, I grin while she takes another sip of her drink.

Then Y/n catches sight of me again and I smell a bit of alcohol from her mouth.

»You just told me«, she says looking away from me.

Surprised I stare at her.

»What's wrong?«, I wonder.

»What do you mean?«

»Why are you ignoring me?«

»I am not ignoring you«, she lies still staring at her drink.

»You are not even looking at me«, I tell her.

Suddenly she slams her glass on the bar table and stares directly in my eyes.

»Fine! I look at you. What now?«, Y/n raises her voice,»Just leave me alone how you did this morning.«

After she says that last sentence she wants to go but I stop her by grabbing her arm softly.

»I am sorry. I didn't want your parents to see me«, I tell her.

»And why weren't you in school?«

»I-I just wasn't in the mood and I was tired, too«, I explain and she chuckles lightly.

»Yeah, that's only an excuse for not wanting to see me. I get it. I'm annyoing you. I won't do it again«, Y/n says through clenched teeth but I stop her as she wants to leave again.

I pull her closer to my body till our lips are only inches apart from each other.

»You are not annoying and if you were I wouldn't ask you to dance with me«, I tell her and she looks me in my eyes,»Do you want to dance with me?«

Y/n seems to think about it for a second before she gives me a small smile and I put my hand in her tiny one.

»But only one dance«, she says and I laugh shortly.
