Nathan's POV
I just been in the bed all morning watching tv. I just been spending so much time with everyone. Allura, and I are becoming closer. She should be here in a couple of hours to bring me lunch. Then Jayda is bringing me dinner. My mom cooked me breakfast this morning. Nyles girlfriend came to visit so he is out with her. Tomorrow her, him, and mom, and I are going shopping, fishing, hiking, and to the beach. These two weeks off has been great. I am really starting to think I do work too much.
The meditation Allura gave me has been working. The soaps, and oils been working miracles on my skin. I've been in the gym twice a day, and running on the track five times a week. I've been doing a lot of community service too. My mood has been improving, and I've been finding healthy ways to cope with my depression. I heard a knock at my door, so I got out of bed to answer it. I looked through the peep hole to see it is Jayda.
"What you doing here?" I asked her.
I came to bring you lunch. Allura won't be able to make it today." She said going into the kitchen.
"Why can't she make it?" I asked.
"She has a lot going on right now." she replied.
Is she okay?" I asked warming up the food she brought. She cooked chicken alfredo, creamy corn, and yeast rolls.
"I highly doubt it she wouldn't let me in the room, won't answer none of my calls, or text. Her phone keep going to voicemail too."
"Do you know what going on with her?" I asked taking my food out the microwave.
"Yeah its a tough day for her, and she probably doesn't want to be bothered with anyone." she said.
"Why is it a tough day?" I asked.
"I can't tell you something she hasn't told you herself." she said.
"Alright." I said.
"I have to go pick Jaylyn up from summer camp." She said.
"Alright see you later sis. Love you. Thanks for bringing me something to eat." I hugged her.
"Love you too bro, and you are welcome." She replied before leaving out. I locked the door behind her. I went back to the kitchen finishing eating my food. Once I was done I put on a blue Adidas tracksuit, and my sneakers. I am going to see what's going on with Allura. Once I made it the hotel I went up to the front desk.
"Hey boss. You feeling better?" Erinn greeted me.
"I'm doing good."
"You definitely looking better, and healthier." Leslie said.
"When you coming back to work?" Laura asked.
"Next week. Why ya'll ain't liking the assistant manger?"
"He cool, but he isn't you. He not fun, and doesn't have your spark." She replied back.
"He probably just trying to adjust he ain't use to running thing own his own yet. I miss ya'll too." I smiled.
"We got you some stuff in the back. everyone chipped in." Erinn said. I went towards the back to the lounge. I opened the door, and there is get well balloons everywhere, Cards, candy, gifts cards, a watch, and a pin saying best manager. I walked back out thanking them, then getting a key to Allura's room.
"Going to surprise your girl?" Laura asked me.
"She's not my girl." I responded.
"Its whatever you say boss." Erinn smirked.
