Chapter Twenty-Two: Birthday Getaway Part 1

Allura's POV

"Happy Birthday!" Nathan yelled bring me breakfast in bed. He had all my favorites on the plate. He made me strawberry cheesecake muffins, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, french toast, breakfast potatoes, blueberries, kiwi, and a wild berry smoothie.

"Thank you baby." I said smiling.

"You ready for today, you're twenty four." He said.

"Yeah glad God blessed me with another year of life." I said before saying my grace. "Did you make something for yourself?"

"I already ate earlier." He said. I realized he didn't have on his work clothes.

"You off today?"

"Yeah I have the rest of week off since I decided to work a double shift Saturday, and Sunday."

"Why you take this week off? You don't need be doing any double shifts."

"Because we are going on a lil getaway for your birthday. Its just for this one time. I'll be fine." He said.

"I have classes."

"I already took care of that. I have connections. I got all your homework for the week. They said they going to put all your assignments on blackboard. Now finish eating because I have more surprises for you." He said before walking out. What does this man have up his sleeves?

After I finish eating there was a card at the bottom of my Tray. The card read 'A bubble bath for my love'. I smiled. As I got up I realize there are rose paddles all over the floor leading into the bathroom. The rose petals are pink, lavender, teal, and white. I took off my pajamas getting in the tub. The tub has bubbles, and red roses in them. I took a of sip of the the alkaline water from the wine glass. This is so relaxing. I feel like this about to be one of the best birthdays I have ever had.

After I enjoyed my bath I brush my teeth, and lotion down my body. I decided on wearing something cute today. I put on my light high waisted jeans, pink crop top, my brown thigh high heels boots, and my jean jacket. I straighten my weave. I'm not getting my real hair done until next weekend. I planned on getting my back blown out all week. I can't wait to have birthday sex tonight.

I opened the door to living room, and there are balloons, and gifts everywhere. I covered my mouth. "Nathan! Thank you! You got me all of this!" I said about to cry.

"Yeah everything except these two gifts, they came for you in the mail."

"I don't know what to open first. I guess I'll start with this box since it is the biggest." The box was almost bigger than me. I opened the box, and pull out of box of shoes. They were Ugg. I opened them it was the black bailey bow tall pair. "Nate thanks. I love these so much." 

"You're welcome." He said taking pictures of me. "There's more in the box." I looked in the box, and grabbed another pair they were the purple bailey bows. In total he got me five pair of ugg the other three were the mini blue bailey button, classic mini crush velvet, and the chestnut bailey button triplet.

"Thank you so much baby." I kissed him. Next I open the rest of the gifts he got me. He got me the rose gold iPhone 7 plus, 24 of my favorite flowers, black timbs, 24 natural hair products, 24 different incenses, books, goodie basket of all my favorites snacks, and with thick fur socks since winter is coming soon. Tears were coming down my face. I was so happy that he put this this much thought into my special day. He wiped my tears. He also got me a record player, along with vinyl records. Lately I've been talking about how I want a record player in my house someday. He gave me a blanket with his face on it.
