I visited my parents everyday and they were discharged from the hospital yesterday . we were in America for a week and today was our last day .

" how about you and tae come over for dinner today ? " my mom asked .

" yay !! " taehyung said in his childish voice .

" yes , yes we'd love to mom . " I said quickly .

" aish , you're sounding like a little kid again . " I whisper yelled at him .

aish he's so embarrassing . although ..

my parents seem to like him A LOT .

we were at my parents house and my mom was making us dinner . while she was cooking my dad , taehyung , and I were at the table waiting .

" I think I'll go help mom " I said about to get up .

taehyung grabbed my hand under the table .

" what's wrong ? " I said quietly .

" don't leave me alone . I'm scared and I'll be nervous .. " he said with pleading eyes .

" sorry tae .. it's more proper for me to help my mom . " I told him apologetically .

" wait nooo " he whispered as I walked to the kitchen .

I felt bad for him , but seeing how he was nervous around my dad was pretty funny . he wants to make sure he has a good impression on him and I find it overwhelmingly adorable .

I smiled to myself like a crazy person as I entered the kitchen area .

" what can I do to help mom ? "

" oh hi sweetie . you can cut those vegetables over there . " she said .

" okayy . "

" why were you so happy earlier ? " she asked .

I almost killed myself .

" woah , be careful !! " she said worried .

" I'm fine " I said .

" taehyung was the one making you smile ? " she asked .

" n-no " I said .

she gasped dramatically " you dare like to your mother ?! "

" moooom " I said embarrassed .

" I'm sorry dear . I don't think you acted this way with jackson you know "

" yeah I know . " I sighed . " I love taehyung more "

" I can tell . just be careful , you're both going to be famous soon and if something happens there'll be more serious consequences. "

" I know mom . we'll be careful . plus we really love each other . I thought I loved jackson but ... I guess I didn't . I now know the true meaning of love . "
