N/A/ So a bit of a change... but thanks for reading
Alice's POV:
I ran away from her grave, a reminder of what I'd lost. I never realized how much she meant to me, how little Jasper meant to me until she was gone. I knew we had a connection, one I still can't describe, ever since the moment I saw her I just knew. At the time I'd assumed it was a relationship forged whenever she and Edward got together, but my feelings always felt odd around her, something I'd never experienced before. Looking back I should've known it was my heart telling me we belonged together, but it was too late now.
I felt a hatred boil over, it was all Edwards's fault. Whenever we moved away I tried to fight, but my whole family was against me. He said it would be best for her, and at the time that's all I really wanted for her. But if we would've stayed she'd still be here! I would've been able to protect her!
I wanted him to pay, but even if he did it wouldn't bring Bella back. She was gone, forever. I made my way up the stairs of my home, a mansion that felt less like home ever since coming back. Bella was the only thing on my mind, all the fun times we had together. Even though she hated shopping trips, making her annoyance known, she still went with me. She listened to me rant about the newest fashion trends, even going as far as to try on everything I threw at her. It had a bittersweet feeling to it looking back now, knowing she couldn't ever experience that again.
My family was spread around the house, silence greeting me as I entered the house. Everyone was doing their own thing, Edward playing his damn pitiful piano, Jasper reading his history books in the corner of the living room, Rose and Emmett in their room, while Carlisle sat with Esme; comforting her.
Looking at all their faces I knew they felt pain, sorrow at losing Bella for good. Though, their pain was very much different from my own. It was as if my heart was being torn apart from within, leaving only an emptiness that couldn't heal. I knew Jasper could feel it, his face contorted whenever he glanced at me from the corner of his eye. I didn't bother offering him any comfort, and instead made my way upstairs.
It was barren of anything of Jaspers, officially my room. He'd moved out after we'd first heard of Bella's death after the first wave of pain hit me and he'd decided he couldn't handle being around me until I'd calmed down. It was laughable, him thinking I would just be fine the next day. Looking around I was a bit glad his stuff was gone, but without all his books it looked almost bare. The only things decorating the walls were paintings, important moments of my life, but the one that caused me to break was the one I'd made of Bella. It was of the first vision involving her, she had dark red eyes, much like a newborn adjusting to the vegetarian lifestyle. It was odd, whenever I'd first had it Edward had thrown a tantrum, very literally yelling about humans' souls, and sanity. No one understood what was going on at first, but after explaining my vision Carlisle was quick to reassure him that my visions were subjective to changes. After that Edward implemented himself into Bellas's life, brought her home, let us love her, and then tore her away from us.
I growled, staring at her eyes, knowing I'd never look into them again. Why didn't I see her? Why didn't I have a vision, was I broken?
Darting forward I tore the picture from the wall, throwing it into my closet, out of sight. Staring at the closet doors I swore to make Victoria pay. She deserved a slow, and painful death. I'll make her beg for death, I'll revenge Bella.
