A/N
New chapter! Sorry I haven't updated in a few weeks but I just wanted to let you guys know that it's been hard to update frequently because here's the thing, I don't know if I've spoken about it before but I've been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder since the age of 12 and recently I've been sick for about three weeks (I'm still sick at the moment) so it's been hard to go to school, do my work, study and let alone update on wattpad. You guys are amazing and I'm so shocked that I recently got 20k reads! You guys are insane. In all honesty, I get that some of you are mad at me since I'm a slow updater and say that you won't read my book ever again because of that, you can freely do that. No one is stopping you. I am writing for myself and for those who enjoy reading this book no matter what. I love you all so much and I hope you love this chapter as much as I loved writing it! Thank you all!16.
Messed Up Monday"I came here to ask you a favour."
"A favour at five in the morning? Are you insane? Why couldn't you just text me?" I whispered loudly, threatening to hit him.
"Well, I just couldn't turn down the offer of seeing you at such an early time. Thought it would be better this way." he winked as he got off of my bed.
"How flattering." I rolled my eyes. I checked my phone and noticed that school was starting in three hours. Great.
"I hope that this favour of yours won't ruin my day." I sighed, heading inside of my bathroom. He followed and I grew annoyed as he played puppy around my room.
I threw away the chunky piece of gum that rested in my mouth, making me queasy. I hated eating or smelling sweet things at an early time, it always made me nauseous. In fact, it reminded me of the time when we went to Canada two summers ago. We stopped by a Duty-Free at two am, and as I walked in the strong whiff of different fragrances attacked me that I got car sick for the rest of the drive.
"Depends on your mood,"
My mood? My calculus exam was first period, my head extremely hurt, I was awaken from my slumber and it was Monday. I think I might've gone mad. What could possibly happen next?
"Well what is it?"
"So.. My mom is holding a banquet type of thing for the launching of her new clothing line and she asked me to bring someone."
Oh, right. His mom owned a fashion boutique Downtown. It was quite popular and many celebrities loved to shop there. Despite my city not being too frequented, Maggie's store was one of the fashion highlights of our city.
"And you wanted to know if I would accompany you," I smirked, finishing off his question.
He looked at me with broad eyes, his hand playing with his shiny brown hair. I was able to distinguish his nerves as his Adam's apple bobbed up and down his throat.
"How sweet of you." I sarcastically remarked, while grabbing my towel and fluffy bath robe. As I was about to shut the door, his muscular arms stopped it from closing. I was stunned by the sudden movement.
"So, is that a yes or no?" he awaited for his answer.
"It's more like an, I don't know. Now if you'll excuse me, let me take my shower and I'll get back to you." I winked at him before closing the door. I heard him whine childishly, and I giggled at the sound.
