A/N
Tell me if any of the things a write in French are wrong-I'm using Google translate.
I just feel like Laf would always look amazing and that he would be sorta obsessed with making an appearance and/or just being real dramatic. Sorry. Also, sorry it's so short
I promise the next one will be longer

Lafayette pov
(A few days later)

I stared at the ceiling of our dorm.
John was having typical John problems (aka totally liking his new roomie), Herc had just headed out to work (he worked a shift at McDonalds to help him pay for college), and I was bored.
I sighed and picked up my phone and texted Burr.

Lancelot: Bonjour mon ami, what's up

Just-a-BURRden: Hello Lafayette. Nothing much, just studying.

Lancelot: Do you wanna go out

Just-a-BURRden: To?

Lancelot: Like to hang out (with John and Alexander)

Just-a-BURRden: I don't know, I have a lot of work to do...

Lancelot: Burrrrr. Sortez de votre cul et venez avec nous.

Just-a-BURRden: Okay, fine.

Lancelot: Great! We'll meet you at the park at 30 after!

Just-a-BURRden: Okay

At 30 after it would be 1:30, currently it was 12:45. That gave me 45 minutes to get ready.
That was probably enough.
I smiled and quickly texted John.

Lancelot: We're going out. You, Alexander, Burr, and I. Get ready

No one responded.
I waited for 10 minutes and still no one replied.
I sighed and decided that even if I had to drag them out of bed that they were going to come with me. But even if they were going to look terrible that gave me no reason to.

Very short time skip

GayTurtles: Okay I'll tell Alexander

I glanced at my phone and smiled.

Lancelot: I'll come get you two when I'm ready.

GayTurtles: Cool. Alexander is fine with it.

Time skip -30 mins-

Lancelot: I'm at the stairs. Not walking any further mon ami.

GayTurtles: That's fine. Just a second

I leaned against one of the rails, humming. A few moments later my phone started ringing. Um, okay?  It was from John.
"Uh, bonjour mon ami. Are you coming?" I asked with a small frown.
"Lafayette? Great, where are we going and why? I need to work." It was Alexander. I could swear I heard someone pounding on a door in the backround.
"Oh. Alexander. Did you steel John's phone?"
"Yes. Now could you please answer my questions. John is surprisingly good at picking locks."
I snorted. "Well we were just going to meet up at the park with Burr and then decide where to go. And because you all are, how you say, working nonstop. Vous devez faire une pause."
I could practically feel Alexander roll his eyes.
"We do not need to take a break. We're fine. I think I'm just gonna keep working and-" there was the sound of a lock unlocking and then a door opening. Then there was Alexander's scream and the call ended. I couldn't help it, I burst out laughing. Alex had a very feminine scream.
After a minute or two a received a text.

Just-a-BURRden: Why did I just get a text from John saying, "We're coming as soon as Alexander's done screaming"?

Lancelot: Omg.

I wiped tears from my eyes as I saw a perky looking John Laurens dragging a pissed off Alexander toward me.

Lancelot: We're coming. I'll let them explain

John was holding Alexander by one arm, John smiled at me while Alexander just looked like the human form of a sigh.
"So," I crossed my arms. "You done screaming?"
"Yes," he grumbled.
I snorted and we head down the stairs and met Burr at the bottom of them. He gave us a look and then headed to the on campus park.
"So," Burr said crossing his arms. "What happened?" He smiled dryly at Alexander and John.
"Well John decided that I didn't need to know what we were doing and that we were going out while I was working-" "Alexander. You've been working practically nonstop for the past few days. You weren't even eating," John interrupted looking exasperated.
Alexander shrugged, "Besides the point-" "It's not besides the point!! You need to get out!! And to eat food!! And get rest for crying out loud!! You're gonna melt your brain sitting in front of a computer screen all day and night." John pointed and accusing finger at Alexander. They stared at each other for a moment, not exactly glaring; you could cut the tension with a knife.
I raised my hand. "Well if it counts for anything I agree with John. It's not healthy for you to sit on the computer all day."
"Plus," Burr added and I got the feeling he was about to become even more of a "mom friend". My feeling was confirmed when he finished his sentence, "You are way too thin, you really should be eating more. And probably healthier too."
Alexander looked like he was about to say something when his stomach growled, causing his face to go red.
Burr clapped his hands together, a smile covering his face (like usual). "It's decided then. We're getting food. C'mon, I know a really good coffee shop around here."
