John pov
I twisted my fingers as I sat on our couch.
Laf and Herc were telling Alex just how bad my dad was.
When they finished Alex was quiet.
"So... Your dad, who you've come out to as gay (to which he proceeded to kick you out), is coming down here (despite you pleas for him to stay away) to try and get you to hook up with this girl who you don't know," Alex said, processing the information.
"Yep," I sighed. "Family is wonderful ain't it?"
"Now the question is how to stop this." Laf said with a sigh. "Because, no offence, but John doesn't really have a, how you say, strong will."
Alex nodded, looking deep in thought. After a few minutes he jumped up screaming "I got it!"
"Oh" he blushed "sorry."
"It's fine dude, what's your idea?" asked Herc.
"I just have to be your boyfriend." Alex explained. Then realizing what he just said his face went read, as for my own.
Laf coughed to cover up his laugher. "Excuse me mon amour?"
"Ack," he whispered hitting his head. "What I meant to say was that he couldn't get you to date the girl if you were already dating someone. And it can't be a girl cause then he'll think you're not gay. And you're already roommates with me, so why not, it'd be a whole lot easier than say, finding some random guy and doing that."
My face burned but I ignored it. "So you're asking me, to date you?"
"Oh, uhm, well no, not exactly." Alex's face went a darker shade if pink. "Just until he leaves."
I nodded, understanding.
Alex pov
"Just until he leaves." Or ya'know, we could just never stop.
John nodded. Then after a moment,
"Let's do this."
