"You know what are you saying Lisa" says Jack, he looks at her as if she is insane
"When I saw this ring on Mrs. Roger's hand I asked her who gave her this ting, she said it wasn't her's, it was her friend's. Her friend gave to her this for time being to keep it safe as she is an absent-minded person, she is wearing this ring so she doesn't forget where did she keep it" Lisa says
I sigh out a relief I knew Mrs. Roger will never do anything to Mom.
"So basically this ring does not belong to Mrs. Roger" says Edward
"Yes, it doesn't" Lisa says
"Do you have any idea about Mrs. Roger's friends Merliah?" asks Edward
"No, I hardly know any of her friends" I say,as far as I remember Mrs. Roger usually visits her friends her friends rarely come
"Guys, I think we should go" Jack says as he looks his watch
"Maybe this what we could find" says Edward as he keeps the ring in his bag were kept the box and the scrapes of blood he could get from the wall " I will try to sneak them to forensic lab" he says
Jack, Lisa, Edward and me move down to the stairs. I look around my house for one more time,I turn back and the lock the door of my house. I keep the keys under the mat I don't know but I don't feel like carrying the keys with me.
We all sit in Edward's car, I look out of the window looking at the night sky filled with stars. I try my best figure out the pieces of the puzzle but I cannot fix it.
"We are here" says Lisa as she pulls me out of my thoughts
I get out the car, I hear Edward calling my name, I turn back,
"Goodnight Merliah" he says
"Good night Edward" I reply

The slightest clue can make a great difference. A slight clue about something can change our life, a clue about how will they work out, can change our life. It gives us hint how our decisions will effect our life.
That is what we are doing, Lisa, Jack,Edward and me are sitting in a cafe and trying to find a clue which tell us about that woman and her connection with Mom.
"Replay the video" says Jack as we all see the video which Jack made
"Pause! Zoom!" says Edward as Lisa zooms at a blackish thing "Do you see this?" asks Edward
"What?" I ask
Edward points at a a thing, we all look at it closely and it is a hand.
"The woman passed just behind Jack" says Edward
"How can you do that Jack?" Lisa asks
"I couldn't even hear her footsteps" Jack says
"She is not the silent brother from Mortal instrument that you can't even hear her footsteps!" exclaimed Lisa
We start watching the video filmed by Edward.
"I want the evidence found out by the police," I say, maybe we can solve one piece of the puzzle
"Why," Lisa asks
"Maybe that could help us get a clue," I say
"Where are the evidence kept," I ask Edward
"The cases which are closed their evidence are kept in the police headquarters," Edward says
"Can we get the evidence?" Lisa asks
"Yes, we can but if you have an official paper signed by the authorities or you are a police officer or detective
"We can sneak into the police headquarters," I say because maybe that is the only way we could get to the evidence
"What did you say?" Edward asks me in shock
"I said we could sneak in the police headquarters," I say
"Are you crazy or what Merliah?! Do you have any idea what are talking about? It is not some hostel sneaking in or out. It's the POLICE HEADQUARTERS! You will get into more trouble than you think" He kind of yelled at me
"I am saying this because that is our only choice," I say in an angry tone, What does he think of himself
"There is only one evidence, the poison bottle, nothing more than that" He replies back with the same tone
"How--" I am cut off by Jack
"Guys Stop!" Jack says
"What Happened?" Edward asks
"That women's hand," Jack says as he points on the screen
We all look towards the screen and we see the shadow passing by, we look at her hand but we can't find anything peculiar.
"What?" I ask
"On the women's hand there is a ring and the ring is casting the same kind of shadow that the emerald ring had," Jack says
"What?!" we three say in chorus
We look closely at the women's hand and what Jack said is true,
"Who is this woman?" Edward asks
