Chapter 18

Certain things happens in a person's life which makes him go crazy and those certain things are happening in my life. The search of truth is not as easy as I thought but anyhow I have to find it no matter what happens.

We are here in the warehouse waiting for Edward to come and Lisa and Jack are really eager to know what I have found.

"Merliah, you need to tell us" says Jack

"Just wait! I will tell you" I reply

"Oh my God! Merliah, This is too much" says Lisa getting annoyed

"I am sorry guys" says Edward as he comes running 

"So did she tell you guys" asks Edward facing towards Lisa and Jack

They both simply nod in no.

"I will tell you guys what I found after talking to Uncle Henry" I say, all three of them look at me eagerly

I narrate them the whole incident and all of them listen carefully.

"So we have new character in the story" says Edward 

"Yes, we have" I say

"So should we suspect her?" asks Jack

"I really don't know" I reply "But there are so many things suspicious about Hazel. I really don't get it why she took a divorce the same year my Mom died? And Why she went to Singapore? The same place that Finn Hazer went the day Mom died? There is something really fishy about Hazel" I say

"Maybe she thought your Dad will marry her after your Mom's death and she will get the place she was dreaming of all the while till your Mom came and took her place" says Lisa

Maybe Lisa is correct. Maybe she was also the one-sided lover like Finn Hazer but if this was the case then they both must have a alliance and they both would want the my parents to get a divorce. Finn Hazer would never wish death for my mother if he really loved her.

"What is her full name?" ask Edward bringing me back from my thoughts

"Hazel Beth" I reply

"How do you know? As far as you told us your Uncle didn't tell you her full name" says Lisa

"When I was leaving his study, I saw a photo of her and Dad and below it their names were written. That's how I know" I say

"Should we interrogate her" asks Edward

"I think we should" I reply "And I think we should also search her house" I say maybe searching her house will give us some evidence

"How?" says Lisa with a worried expression

"It's simple" I say "If I go inside her house and start talking to her and I will try to open up the window when she is not watching me then Edward and Jack will come inside and search the house and Lisa you will guard and look if someone is watching you" I say as I propose the plan

"It is easy to say but it's hard to put it up in action" says Jack

"I know but that's our only chance" I say because finding the truth is very important to me

"It's risky but even I think that's our only chance" says Edward

"So should we get into action" says Lisa

"Before that we should know where does she live?" says Jack

"She lives in Grey Street" I say

"There are fourteen Grey Streets in Melbourne and there is not only when Hazel Beth in Melbourne. We need to find the exact location" says Edward
