Interrogation

The room was a bright white, well lit, and rather clean. At first glance no one could think this was a prison cell, the same way no one would think I was a prisoner. I have not done anything wrong... Or so I think. Everything was confusing to me. I was told they were the enemy, ever since I have memory of anything. These Overwatch agents were the enemy. However, because of recent events I am no longer an enemy to them. My allies are now my enemy, and my enemy is now my captor. They stripped me of my attire, only leaving me with a white shirt and pants. I do not remember picking out my clothing before I came here, but it was best if I changed. My old clothes had blood on them, my blood.

Throughout days a man came in to speak to me. He always asked me a lot of questions, most of which I could not make sense of, but I answered them reguardlessly. He always came in to "interrogate" me. That's what he called it. He said if I didn't cooperate, I would not receive my meals. I was not hungry at the moment so it did not concern me.

He would sit at the other end of the table with files in hand and on the table. He said I should address him as Sir. The nurse of the facility said that his real name was Jack during one of my checkups.

He did not like it when I called him that. I went back to calling him Sir quicker than expected.

"I don't have much to say to you Sir. I am still recovering from damage. My systems aren't functioning properly." I told Sir. He did not seem to believe me.

"We've run exams on you for days now. You're human, but at the same time you aren't. I don't know what Winston called it but-" The man spoke, and I felt the need to inform him.

"Techno-Organic Cellular Instability. It's a unique condition where all my atoms were enhanced and are now in constant flux. It is like...." He gave me that look again. He only gave me that look when he was agitated, so I decided to keep quiet.

"Right. Tecno-Organic Cellular Instability. Basically, you have what your Reaper buddy has, but you can't control it, and its more mechanical than spectral." He wrote something down on his notes. He seemed to do that a lot. I always presume it is because I answered correctly.

"Alright, on to today's topic. I want to ask you about your affliction to Talon." The moment he spoke of that name a chill went up my spine. I did not like thinking about Talon anymore. I felt used and betrayed.

"Must we talk about this? I do not think I would like to..." I lowered my gaze to the table. I knew Sir was letting me avoid the topic. I was smarter than I looked. That is what the gorilla said. He was an intellectual individual, perhaps even more so than I.

"I've let you avoid this topic ever since you got here. I've given you time kid. Now it's time you repay our hospitality." Sirs voice seemed to show hints of anger. He was losing his patience.

I had to take a deep breath before I could speak. My gaze went up to him again, and I looked at him in the red visor that he wore to cover his eyes.

"I was with Talon as a way of organizing their attacks and missions. I was their organizer, their computerized defenses, and their infiltration weapon."

"What have you infiltrated?" Sir asked me with patience. He seemed to give me the time I needed to find my answers.

"That was the odd thing about it. I would never know what I was infiltrating. I got through the fire walls, I collected the encrypted files and I handed them to...." I did not feel comfortable speaking of her. Reaper and Widowmaker were never close to me, so their betrayal was minor. Her betrayal on the other hand, that was the one who most hurt, in a literal sense.

"I was told that you had someone you answered to. She is not as well-known as the other members of Talon. If you have any information on her, I would recommend saying it to me." Sir went back to speaking in that threatening voice. I did not realize I flinched at the sound of it.
